We were after fresh seafood, and were surprised to find no fresh caught wild salmon. Apparently the chinook run was done for the season, but they had previously frozen wild chinook that was quite tasty. We also sampled and were very pleased by the smoked salmon and salmon jerky. Seriously debated returning, miles out of our way, to buy more.

As noted by other reviewers this is a roadside stand primarily selling seafood and smoked fish. Knowing this we shopped for takeout crab and shrimp, both of which were excellent, very fresh and very tasty. Prices are a tad high, but well worth the cost for the freshness of the product. When wishing fresh takeout seafood in Lincoln City, Barnacle... More

A cool windy day driving from wine country. We worked up an appetite and read the reviews. Not disappointed. One wooden table in a dirt parking lot on hwy 101. Lack of searing was eventually overlooked when we bit into our halibut fish and chips. 3 large pieces, perfectly cooked. Yummy!! Fries were great too. Will go back.

Headed into Lincoln City after driving from Yachats and hitting various beaches along the way. Decided to swing into Barnacle Bill's as it was getting close to dinner and we were looking to grab something quick. Decided to order the Fish and Chips, and we were not disappointed. I had the Ling Cod and my husband ordered the Rockfish. The... More

This is a fresh fish/seafood store that has recently started serving fish and chips. The fresh fish is always excellent! The fish and chips are delicious - try the tuna if they have it available!

Amazing fish and chips, they have 5 different kinds. We tried the rockfish and ling cod and both where outstanding.

My family has been coming to Barnacle Bills since the early 1950's. We absolutely love the spiced shrimp. The service is fast and always with a smile. It's always a pleasure to see Jessica, she's always so helpful and happy.

We usually vacation in Newport, OR, which is a working fishing town, so I was disappointed to find out that Barnacle Bill's is the only seafood market in Lincoln City and that they have a limited selection and only take cash. In Newport, there is an abundance of fresh, locally caught seafood and fish. We had wanted tuna but they... More

I actually thought it was more of a deli and have lunch here while driving through the town. But you can only eat the smoked fish and shrimp, all others must be cooked, so was a little disappointing. Prices a tad high. Salmon and shrimp were excellent, however.

Thank dchell
