French dining......American style AND SO GOOD!

We love La Provence! The food is delicious and the perfect portion size. The foods are prepared deliciously! The breakfast, the lunch, the dinners are so tasty! And, be sure to make a stop at the dessert counter! Everything is scrumptious. I'm a cookie freak and the chocolate chip coconut is... read more

Happiness is when I find a friend willing to wait in line for a seat here. I have never had a bad meal here, and just love the menu for any meal I'm here for. My best tip is to bring a friend with similar tastes so you can each pick an entree and then share it. The Mediterranean salad... More

Expect a wait, but the food is worth the wait! The service was excellent and we felt as though we had taken a quick trip to Provence, France.

We ventured dinner at this restaurant/bakery for the first time. Wow! The owner greeted & seated us at a quiet table in the back. Waitress arrived promptly & after we explained it was our first visit, proceeded to explain the fare (which is mostly small plates for dinner) and took impeccable care of us. We each had a Fuji apple/greens... More

We were pleasantly surprised when our service brought us a complimentary Croissant with Brie & strawberry jam since it was our first time there. Nice gesture and the warm Croissant was amazing. The Raspberry Cider Mimosa and BFK Coffee were delicious and rich and could have sufficed for a meal. But we had to take it a step further, and... More

Love the small plates at LaProvence which allow you to try different menu items. The restaurant is clean, friend, decorative and unique for this area. Outdoor seating is fun in warmer months.

Went there recently after a movie. Order four different small dishes to share, including "spoons" of edemame tapenade; wild mushroom crepes; scallops au chocolate; and crispy aramanthe shrimp. Every one was delicious. My wife finished with the chocolate mousse cup! We'll definitely return.

This is a popular hangout so come early to avid the queues. We came for breakfast and the varied menu made choosing difficult. Great bread and pastries which taste 'european' and they make their own delicious jam. We had to chase our coffee order as it got forgotten but overall a lovely food experience.

La Provence, located in upscale Lake Oswego in Oregon, makes you wait when it's busy, but on this day the wait was well worth it. The one dish I had was, as the title implies, the bacon, poached eggs and polenta. The serving size was generous and the presentation visually pleasing. The polenta it was creamy and flavorful. Breaking the... More
