Excellent service and the food was so fresh and delicious! This was the best food we had during our week road trip. The bread was fresh baked and so tasty…..the Turkey sandwich was wonderful and the crispy chicken salad was perfect.

Our breakfast experience here was excellent! The food is fresh, and you can tell it is homemade, The corned beef hash was delicious, as were the house baked breads. Service was prompt, courteous and attentive. Best breakfast in Klamath Falls!

Eating here was a top-notch experience. There are many creative breakfast entrees (e.g. an oat waffle topped with fresh strawberries, an egg scramble full of veggies and potatoes, side of bacon) and the place makes its own bread and pastries. Servers are very friendly, the atmosphere is cheerful and there is an outdoor dining patio. This place is unique in its dining excellence!

Visited based on the high reviews.
Food selection is fantastic for breakfast.
Wife had the the Waffle Special and was quite decadent.
I had the Corned Beef Hash w/ 2 eggs & Sourdough Toast.
It was loaded with 1/2" chunks of Corned Beef that should remain in quantity, just a smaller dice. Add to that the home fried potatoes within were all over the place on doneness from burnt to barely done. This resulted in a very dry hash requiring me to add ketchup to lend some level of moisture. Blasphemous, I know, but only way I could eat it.
I must critique the service as less than stellar. The menu said the Hash came with two eggs. I ordered over easy and was corrected by the server that the eggs were scrambled with the hash. I was asked home fries or hashbrowns and ordered hashbrowns.
The server returned while I went to wash my hands and she came back and told my wife that it WAS scrambled eggs and if I still wanted hashbrowns.
She advised the server prepare dish as it would be normally be prepared.
Dish arrives and no scrambled eggs, 2 eggs over easy.
Server never checked in and was very aloof throughout the meal with no refills on water or presenting check. (I had to grab a water pitcher, see Corn Beef Hash...)
We went to the register and was told to wait as the cashier was also the barista.
Our server finally showed up with the ticket for the cashier.
Finally, yes, they will charge 3.5% for credit card purchases.
I'm a business owner and find this very annoying as all credit card charges are tax deductible at the end of the year. This, in my eyes, is distasteful, but it's their policy.
Will you get a good meal?, yes I believe you will.
Will you get decent service?, hard to say.

Good Morning Kevin,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this very detailed review. We always appreciate feedback.
Although we are happy that you enjoyed your meal, it saddens us that you did not receive the service we want all our guests to receive. We currently have one waitress who is very new to us and is still getting acquainted with our menu, and we believe that is who waited on you. We brought your experience to her attention, and we hope this will be a learning opportunity for her. We hope you will dine with us again, so we can make this right.

Stopped here for lunch based on menu and reviews. Hubs had main dish type salad which he said was good, but it was small. I had chicken salad sandwich with side salad. The restaurant prides itself on their bread which I thought was horrible. The whole wheat bread was oddly sweet and disintegrated as soon as I picked it up. Each slice of bread was equal to the filling, so in essence, the sandwich was 2/3 bread and 1/3 chicken salad. The ranch dressing on my salad was tasteless and a little runny. And to top it off, if you use a credit card, they assess a 3.5% service charge - the only place I saw this was on a small sign posted to the right of the register. Since this place was by no means inexpensive, this charge seems downright cheap. I would suggest you go elsewhere in Klamath Falls.

We didn’t know what to expect this morning when we decided to go there for breakfast. When we entered the restaurant, there was a chalkboard with daily specials.
Two of the specials sounded really good so we decided to order both and share them with each other. We ordered the chorizo omelet with rye toast (homemade) and cottage cheese instead of potatoes. We also ordered the Huevos Rancheros with sliced tomatoes instead of the potatoes. Both entrees were so delicious! The homemade rye bread was really good.
At another table someone ordered the homemade cinnamon roll. It was MAMMOTH and looked like it would be generous enough for 4 people.
Our server was so friendly and sweet as well. We will be back on our way home.

We stopped for a night at the KOA and needed to eat lunch. We are so glad we trusted the ratings on this restaurant. The aroma from the parking lot told us immediately that this was going to be good and boy, was it ever. I had a homemade croissant sandwich with turkey, avocado, feta cheese, bacon, mayo etc and it was so good and huge. My hubby had some sort of beef and pepper wrap with cheese and he loved it. He also had a slice of homemade pie., The menu was extensive and not your basic offerings. The waitress was helpful, fast and fun. We plan to return for breakfast. We would have gone back for dinner, but they don’t serve dinner.

Great breakfast and service. Yummy French toast topped with fresh fruit - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and grapes came with two eggs and bacon or sausage. My spouse had blueberry pancakes with sausage - large servings. Hot maple syrup was served - extra nice touch.

Just picked Nibbley’s off Trip Advisor passing through and it was great. The food was excellent, served quickly and we were enticed by the desserts. Cheesecake was outstanding, the pastrami sandwich was plentiful, the fries were great and the Italian grilled cheese was also good. We loved it!

Went for breakfast. American type food. Quaint, comfortable booths and tables. Desserts look amazing, and quite a few choices. Def. A good place to come for dessert only as well as meal. Staff friendly but busy. I asked locals for a good place to eat that is local whole foods or at least home made and every one agreed this was the place. Family friendly. Acustics of room isn't good for a quiet visit... Sounds bounce around making a partially full room sound like a full place. Tolerable with happy semi quiet children. You can just about hear everyone's conversation. Generous helpings, and excellent omelets. They have an outside area I assume for dinners. Very quaint with nice lounges and heat lamps & water feature. Love their unique combinations of omelets. This will be my go-to place for the next two weeks. I've been to a few other places in town and so far none of them come close to the quality of food here. Happen to spy someone's french toast and it looks more like a dessert... Apparently it's a orange marmalade french toast with whipped cream. Looks amazing.

Happened upon this on our way through town. Obviously a favorite with the locals and the food said why. Really good food at very reasonable prices. Doing a great job of distancing customers and making customers comfortable in the surroundings. Dry accommodating on customizing offering to my personal preferences- it made for an excellent lunch.

The food was good. The corned beef hash was not corned beef but a brisket. It is nothing like a traditional corned beef hash. The potatoes are Ok and the service is very good. Not outstanding but good.

The meal was so-so, bread very chewy. Then they charge an 8% surcharge to use your credit card. My friend and I have eaten here numerous times through out the years, however neither one of us will be back -ever!! gouging...

During our recent visit to Klamath Falls, we ate at Nibbley’s twice. My only regret is that we didn’t eat there more often! The atmosphere and ambiance in the restaurant is warm, cozy and smells delicious! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They chatted with us, made us feel welcome and gladly answered all our questions. Most importantly, the food is AMAZING! Homemade breads, cinnamon rolls, desserts and so much more! It was difficult to decide on one item but the four of us each chose something different and we each raved about our choice!! So basically, any choice you make will be absolutely delicious!! I can’t wait to return to Klamath Falks just so I can eat at Nibbley’s!!

We were roading tripping through Oregon when we stumbled on this gem, one of the best meals of our entire trip. Food was amazing, service was friendly. The Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup was the best I had ever had. Wish we had bought a dozen more PB Brownies for the rest of our trip. A must stop for this stretch of highway.
