I pulled in for breakfast. Love these local Mom and Pop places. Sassy waitresses were fun and efficient. Coffee kept coming The chicken fried was huge and not deep fried, a very good sign. Eggs done right and as ordered. Huge home made hashbrowns. I about needed a nap after eating all that. It held me till supper Next time... More

We stopped here once last week passing through and had breakfast it was great. Big portions. Stopped today and had king hamburgers and fries and potatoe salad, all home made. The fudge it's to die for. Great place you won't be disappointed

Stopped on our way to Bend (and between there and Bend there is not much), and was pleasantly surprised by the good comfort food. Well worn location and definitely well used furniture, outdoor/farm foot traffic left dirt on floor, but breakfast and lunch food very good. Denver omelet, steak and cheese omelet, BLT, grilled cheese - all very good. Homemade... More

We stopped twice in the past week and did not get anything except the milkshakes. Just great - perfect oasis on the drive across Oregon. They will mix and match the flavors so I ordered a chocolate and coffee one time and a chocolate and caramel the next. We did not try any other menu items and the atmosphere is... More

After traveling on Highway 20 it was time for a break. My husband was hungry, I wanted a snack. Good choice. I had an ice cream sundae...yum! My husband ordered salibuary steak, fried potatoes and salad. Tons of onions! tasted good but was a little tough. Then came the homemade fudge...none better. Now the ambiance. I was not sure if... I had read the reviews of this place, and we were going across Oregon on 20 and decided to stop. We were not disappointed! I had the juevos rancheros, my dad had the bison burger. And a GIANT glass of wine for $3.50. Our waitress was awesome. Our whole meal including the above and 2 beers for my dad was... More

Just like the name says... this restaurant is quite the "oasis", as it is the only place in Juntura to grab a bite to eat. We drove across central Oregon from Boise to the coast on highway 20. This quaint little cafe was the perfect stop for breakfast on our way as it's about 2 1/2 hours from Boise. My... More

The people working there are very nice and helpful. They are trying very hard to make it work. The food was good...not great.

Traveling across country and found this gem on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a try. Wonderful home cooking! I had the meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes , gravy, and root beer --the meal was simply devine. My son had vanilla shake that was quite yummy! Glad we stopped in!

The Oasis is a refreshing break along Highway US 20. I would highly recommend it as a place to have a meal or stay the night. It's a good day's drive from the Coast, and I highly recommend staying here because it's like a home away from home. The food is unexpectedly great and the people are like your family.
