The C Street Bistro is a small, gourmet style restaurant in Jacksonville, OR. The service is excellent and the food is superb. Everything on the menu is excellent. This is a great place to take friends, family or visitors from out of town. I know you will enjoy your visit to this wonderful bistro.

The owner and small staff pull off amazing meals with very good service. This was our first visit to this bistro. After lunch here on a Thursday afternoon we were disappointed that we could not get back here for an evening meal. I recommend reservations in advance.

This is a small restaurant. You get to sit right in front of the kitchen and can watch your meal being made and hear the discussion of who is likely to show up for work the next day. Paul, the owner/chef, is funny and irreverent. The food for us was mixed. I had the duck confit. It was badly overcooked.... More

It's rare and very refreshing to find decent food in Southern Oregon...this is one of the best places to eat! I ordered the Club with side salad and my cousin had a burger and ceasar...we both loved every bite. A bit pricey, but I'm ok with paying a little more for quality if it is delicious. The service was excellent.... More

Big flavors are happening in this little place. One server, one very talented chef. It has the feel of home with family style seating. Really enjoyed our lunch.

C Street was recommended to us by many people. We really appreciate what they are trying to do there - offer hand-perfected dishes to a small crowd of diners in a true bistro setting. We enjoyed being elbow-to-elbow at a long table with strangers. However, the food just missed the mark of being average to good, instead of what we... More

C Street Bistro is really terrific. Be sure to make a reservation though. They get busy. I would say this place is a must

This bistro is known for its good selection of lunch burgers, however they also have some other menu items that deserve your attention. Yesterday I had the pulled pork with an orange Asian sauce on a panini roll that was very good. The side of herb rubbed fingerling potatoes were extremely tasty with a unique flavor for $11.00..

C ST. Bistro, opened in winter 2011, and is a true gem in a old miners town. Using locally sourced ingredients we have a love for letting ingredients speak for themselves.
