The number of wines available for tasting far exceed any other winery. We really enjoyed the outdoor garden and the live music..

This is a small, intimate, wine tasting venue. The atmosphere is somewhat historic and the business blends well in this beautiful historic town. Weather permitting, a great place to sit outside and sip and snack. Good wines and good music on the weekends. For out of towners, a must stop for a relaxing break from the bustling community of Jacksonville.

South Stage Cellars is located right in downtown Jacksonville. They have wine tasting flights and cheese plates and other tasty treats for purchase. You can also go in and enjoy a glass of wine in their back patio area. Two or three nights a week there is music from 6-8 pm. They also offer catered dinners for a nominal price... More

We are wine club members here so we are a little partial but it is one of our favorite places to go for a good tasting or glass of wine and wonderful cheese plates to go with the wine.

We recently came to a musical performance in the garden of this restaurant. The meal was not prepared on site but was brought in freshly cooked. It was delicious and we loved the music.

We stopped in on a family trip around a few vineyards and wine stops. Relaxing, warm and inviting atmosphere, delicious wine tastings and friendly staff. We tried lavender cheese - so delicious. This was a low key stop, we even had a little in tow. Wonderful for stop in with one or several members in the group. The building is... More

South Stage Cellars is a tasting room, with the feel of a neighborhood hangout. The intimate seating inspires conversations among locals and visitors alike. The wines are very good. Definitely worth a stop after a long day of touring the beautiful southern Oregon wine country

Knowledgable, unpretentious employees made wine tasting here fun. The wines are delicious, sitting by the fire was nice. They were setting up for some live music... Sad we had to miss that.

Food is catered from an excellent kitchen/restaurant on certain evenings. The music is usually excellent in a great venue: enthusiastic audience and welcoming staff! The wine tasting is fun and being a member of the Club has great percs! Love the outdoor atmosphere, too!

We moved to Jacksonville 4 months ago, but first visited SS before we moved. They have a lot of wines, both under their label and others. Some we like, some not, but that's true at most wineries. They could probably use another person serving the tastings (also by glass and bottle), but service is friendly. Twice a week, they have... More
