Enjoyed a Country Girl pizza; sausage and cherry. My husband wouldn't touch it, even though I told him it's very much like sausage and olive, just sweeter. He had a pepperoni with peppers pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pizza has a very thin crust, and also pretty 'saucey', but tasty. A bit spendy for pizza, but wood-fire and unique... More

Traveling a lot with my wife & kids and we came across this nice location. Decided to go for it. We didn't make reservations so we took the chance. We had to wait 15 min and they preferred outside. Wanted a drink at the bar but that was not possible. ( strange) Arriving at the table we ordered a simple... More

My family and I decided to come to this restaurant after reading the Tripadvisor reviews. Loved the atmosphere with a kids area so adults can enjoy their meal (even for a couple of mins). Food was very good as we tried their award winning pizza (Country Girl Cherry), Siragusa Pear Salad, Calamari appetizer and Mac&Cheese for my son. Just 2... More

This gem dining location piqued my interest as I do love pizza! While Solstice also serves other options, the wood-fire pizza is a must. My wife and I decided on the Country Girl composed of fresh cherries, house made chorizo sausage, goat cheese, shredded mozzarella, and marinara. Both my wife and I were amazed at how wonderfully those various flavors... More

The restaurant was busy but we found a couple open seats at the bar. The menu was broad, lots of beer choices, something blueberry they had on draft was amazing. It sounds different but order the cherry chorizo pizza, you will be glad you did, one of the most innovative and delicious pizzas I've ever had.

My friends took me to lunch at Solstice and I loved every bite. We shared and sampled each other's orders. The garlic soup was amazing and delicious. My personal thin crust pizza was very good. I sampled the Moroccan stew and that was delicious. The grilled Brussels sprouts were the best ever. And the key lime pie was so good... More

Cute, hip place. Inventive menu. The fried Brussel sprouts were delicious, can't stop thinking about how I could make them. Country girl cherry pizza was spot in, sweet and spicy with chorizo, very good. Just driving through but would def stop again.

The only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review is because it took forever and a day to get our food. It was quite busy, so we understood some wait, and luckily our appetizers (fried brussels sprouts!) were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but then it took at least another 40 minutes to get our pizzas, even... This is a recent addition to the restaurants in town. It is located in a new area of town, by the river, which comprises several small business, restaurants, shops and a brewery. It is often very busy with seatings inside and outside in a terrace. The menu is mostly pizza, which was ver good, but it has also well prepared... More

We had the Vegan boy pizza but wanted it with cheese. The pizza was very tasty and had the right amount of spices, flavor. The kids ordered simple pasta with marinara sauce with cheese. It tasted very fresh. The restaurant is 2 minutes away from water front. So we went on a short walk.
