Great service, amazing food and perfect outdoor dining. We had a gorgeous evening dining outside, great atmosphere. Trees surrounding, globe lights, fire. The food was incredible, the ahi tuna appetizer was delicious, the filet mignon was melt in your mouth! Overall one of the best...meals I’ve had!More
I’m a life long local. After decades Stonehenge Gardens is still our favorite. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic food. We would recommend the buffalo prawns! Your loss if you don’t try this hidden gem.
The good : service was friendly and attentive.
The bad: the cuisine, a tuna filet slathered in a wasabi balsamic mixture, cold ancient mashed potatoes, vegetables heavily seasoned with salt
The ugly: dining outside, a cool night - space heaters not working, a barking dog...(a service animal?) and bugs.
All restaurants have off nights, possible this was one for Stonehenge Gardens.More

Thanks. Sorry about the heaters. Full every Friday. We do spray for bugs ($750 a year) and that dog was horrible.
This place is consistently delivering on exceptional service and meals every time we have been there. The happy hour menu is great but the crusted lamb is incredible. Don’t miss out on the bread pudding for desert! Such a beautiful home and patio also.
We celebrated a birthday with everyone having a great meal! The service was superb & food amazing! The atmosphere is warm & charming. Our hostess was gracious & treated us to dessert for the birthday. Wonderful evening!
Had excellent service, unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as the service. Food was still good but a little disappointing.
I had the pasta special, linguine and mushrooms in a cream sauce - not much flavor in the cream sauce.
My wife had teh Steak...Diane med rare - again the steak and sauce had very little flavor and her steak was medium, at best
The Bread Pudding was very good - a cross between bread pudding and Creme Brulee very excellent!
The inside of the restaurant is an old very nicely restored home and the patio outside is amazing - very very big and lots of trees and just plain beautiful.More
Stonehedge Gardens ably handled our group of 15 travelers from around the country (world, really, we had one member there from the UK) and it was a wonderful closing dinner for our weekend in Hood River. Not only was the service good, the food was...the best we had had all weekend. I had a mushroom ravioli that was full of flavor, and I was pleased that the vegetables that accompanied it were delicious too (so many restaurants are lazy about veg sides). Others had halibut, which they said was good, and I’m afraid I don’t know all the other choices! But everyone was agreeing that it was the best meal we had had. A special thanks to Stonehedge Gardens!More
