We ate lunch at Bette's Place after visiting several locations on the Fruit Loop Trail. My wife and I had the Dungeness Crab Louie Salad. There were a variety of vegetables in the salad along with a healthy amount of crab. The server was extremely pleasant. The breakfast menu looked tempting, but it was hard to pass up crab. Gluten... My wife and I ate at the counter here last weekend before doing the "fruit loop". We've eaten here before so headed straight there. As usual on a weekend morning it's busy. however service and the kitchen are fast so the wait isn't that long, Plus..... It's worth it!!! Don't be a snobby foodie when you come here. Expect and... We were so surprised to get such an excellent breakfast at this small cafe! We ordered the Fresh Dungeness crab omelet and it was the best I have ever had and I am a crab expert!!!! It was full of crab and served hot and quickly!!

Fabulous menu, quality, quantity and service! Home cooked food at its best. We had breakfast two weeks ago, came back last Sunday for dinner and plan to have brunch later this morning, on our journey back to Portland from Bend.

We've had breakfast twice there on this trip and both were excellent! I had the buttermilk pancakes with sausage and scrambled eggs and my wife had the croissant with hollandaise sauce. Everything is good here, though.

The menu was extensive, something for everyone. I had the crab Benedict and my husband had an omelet. Both were generous portions. My Benedict was very good, but I thought it was drowning in hollandaise sauce. Service was quick and friendly.

Excellent breakfast (eggs, biscuits, home fries). Bakery items made on site...just like home made. Stopped at the end of our time in town, wish we'd gone sooner...would have had more than one meal there. Next time!

This is a great start to the day. We have been 2x now. We have had the French toast, the corned beef hash, quiche and a spinach and tomato omelette. Lots of seating but if you hit it wrong you could be waiting in line. They are very efficient and friendly. Their baked goods look yummy but we haven't tried... More
