Stopped in the Pine Street Bakery for lunch - difficult to choose as all looked so good, had a delicious ham and cranberry chutney sandwich on freshly baked bread and a German chocolate cupcake for dessert. Nice space and many choices

This is a VERY popular local hangout where you can bring your pooch and sit outside. Unfortunately, the times I have been there have left me dismayed as I didn't have 30/40 minutes to wait for a sandwich at the lunch hour.

This is an OK, place but not as we expected. It is not a full fledged bakery. However, the staff were friendly.

Heard about Pine Steet from friends who walked by but couldn't stop to check out. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good choices of breads , cookies and sandwiches. Baguettes and Cibatta Breads are awesome. The Sammie at the counter showcase was much better than expected... lite and...tasty. Other sandwiches on the menu looked quite good. Cookies are tasty but just a little dry... maybe because gluten-free? A very good place for a quick bite in The Heights.More

I picked up a couple chocolate chip cookies, both chewy and yummy. They also have a gluten free cookie option and tasty hand pies!

I absolutely love the fugues. It is so addictive. The baguettes are good, too. The service is always very good.

We've stopped by twice for a cinnamon roll and a peanut butter cookie. The cinnamon rolls are somehow rolled in a very fine sugar which gives them a slight crunch. The peanut butter cookie has lots of peanut flavor, is delightfully dry along the edges,...and could only be better if one end was dipped in chocolate.More

Hungry after having visited Vista House, Multnomah Falls and Bonneville Dam we arrived in Hood River and looked for a place to have lunch. We found this very cosy pleasant shop / bakery and had ‘Tuna Salad Sandwich with freshly made bread’ and ‘Spring Chicken...Sandwich’. Nice service, plenty of space to sit and very tasty food. Happy to have found this bakery.More
