It was our first real visit to Eugene from Alberta, Canada and our first time in a Red Robin restaurant. Ambience was good but noisy. Staff were very attentive and friendly but the service was sooo slow. Food and drinks were good and we would certainly visit again...hopefully when it is less busier.

Our mid-week, post-dinner-rush, group of 7 with kids visit to Eugene's Red Robin was exactly what we expected: good food, noisy atmosphere, quick and friendly service. In chains like this, a person's experience is entirely dependent upon the server and our server wasn't more or less than what we expected. I don't like putting specific servers on blast, so I... I've eaten at more than one Red Robin, and, in general would say they have all been the same. The food is good and plentiful, the service is typically good (sometimes the wait can be longer than I like if they are busy). The noise level is often overwhelming to me. If it isn't music, it is just the din... More

When we travel, we frequently stop at restaurant chain locations because we know what to expect. (If you like local, a good gauge is by how many cars are in the parking lot at lunch time!) Anyway, we like a certain consistency, and reliability. We know that a chain restaurant should meet certain expectations: same menu, consistently good service, safe... More

The food is good, the price is right, and the service is great. Ask for Zach if he is working...his service is supreme!!

My daughter wanted to go to Red Robin. 4 allergen errors, even though the kid who took our order did so correctly. Disappointed. Food was fine once it arrived correctly.

There were three generations present for lunch. It had been a year and when asked where they wanted to eat they chose Red Robin. Two of us had the BLTA, one had the Avo Cobb salad and one had a patty melt. The girls tried Not Your Fathers Root Beer to rave reviews. Our waitress was very attentive and it... More

I took 5 of my staff to Red Robin for lunch after a meeting. Everyone enjoyed it. The tower of onion rings is a great appetizer to share. RR does a good job with their burgers and endless fries. This restaurant is clean and we had great customer service . I had a special request that the server had never... More

Although the restaurant has been here forever it has been almost that long since we had been there. But we went to Red Robin in Cascade Station at PDX and liked it a lot, so thought we'd give the Eugene restaurant a try, especially since we had received a $10 gift card for the place. We probably could have picked... More
