Good breakfast on a Sunday morning walking near our hotel. Service was friendly and good. Coffee made exactly as ordered and good. Breakfast sandwich was good but seemed garlicky? I think it had a seasoned aioli on it. It was also very greasy. Granted, it had bacon on it. The aioli and grease just overwhelmed it and I was so looking forward to enjoying their fresh Artisan roll .

We stayed at a nearby hotel and walked over to the market for snacks. It had a beautiful fountain in the center, that made the area cool and inviting. The market had so many gourmet options that were very appealing. We ate on the patio near the fountain. It was lovely!

Locals' favourite and a small courtyard filled with 2 hotels, eateries, and some shopping. A small community hangout including barbers, wine tasting room, etc.
Drunken Fish outlet in the Eatries was good.

I remember 5th Street Market when it was much smaller and basically a gathering of local artisans, etc. selling their wares. But that was years ago.
Now the size of the Market has increased (and new blocks of future retail for the Market are coming soon).
But I still enjoy shopping here. There are a few of the retail establishments that are just what I need on occasion. Of course, there are lots of eateries as well.
Yes, the glitz factor has increased markedly since the Market first began, but I can still enjoy some of the shops quite a bit!

Love this festive public market! Many upscale shops and restaurants to meet at. A good variety of food and drink to enjoy. Always nicely decorated for holidays. Snow every weekend evening in December. Music on the patio every Thursday evening during the Summer. Fun place! Great parking!

Ended up here twice. First to try a hot sandwich and then to come back for their pizza. Would definitely eat here again!

Never saw so many unique, diverse, local specific products in as small a space as 5th Street Market. We've made a second visit and uncovered even more entertaining items. Our third trip in 3 weeks is on our calendar and before we leave Eugene and close our four week visit I'm sure we'll likely make a fourth and final visit to 5th Street Market.

The holiday decorations are some of the best. Shops are beautiful and it shows that attention to the holiday was made. Close to Amtrak, city bus transportation and ample parking.
There is an elevator that one can take to get to the rest rooms on the third floor.
Whether your going there for shopping or to enjoy a meal it is quite an experience.

First time stopping in here and what a treat! This is a small but wonderful collection of restaurants and shops that are sure to please locals as well as visitors. There are a few plaques explaining the history of the buildings and the rooster statue in the courtyard that are fun to read. Be sure to visit the Market Hall which has such variety!

Wanting just coffee and breakfast roll we stopped in because it is next to where we were staying. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional coffee and the marzipan filled almond croissant. It was one of the best pastries we have ever had.
One can get much more complete breakfasts, sandwiches, and more. The guy in front of us at the counter ordered a breakfast pizza. This is a place where one orders, is given an ID to put on your chosen table, and everything is brought to you.

Good place to wonder around and just chill out. Not a whole lot to purchase, however shops are well maintained and staff are very welcoming. Good for souvenirs.

This is a cute little area that has nice small restaurants and shopping sites. Great place to stop for lunch. We picked up food at the butcher baker inside and brought it out into the lovely courtyard. Our sandwiches were great! The all Oregon shop is a nice place to grab something made in Oregon. It was a beautiful respite from driving.
