This really is a seafood market with tables. The food is wonderful and the prices reasonable. It is a funky neighborhood hangout full of local characters. The staff are happy and very helpful. Great experience. We were in Eugene a couple of years ago and ate at several places on that trip--we were only in Eugene for one night this trip... More

Checked online to see Guy Fieri's recommendations for Eugene, OR, eateries and came across Fisherman's Market. Great experience with the food. Cod fish and chips was delicious! So fresh and meaty pieces. The ambiance makes you feel like you are at a wharf eating fresh catch! Prices were reasonable and the staff very friendly! It's worth the stop!

I when there looking for a container of Oysters and maybe some whole Crab or Crab meat as it is a market-restaurant. The Crab even in the complete shell seems rather high in cost. And the cost of Crab meat, well you might not carry enough cash to buy a couple of pounds ! The gal at the counter was... More

You don't go here for fancy. You go for the seafood! Great stuff! Order at the counter, pick it up when they holler our name. Not a fancy place. Where your jeans and don't be afraid to get a little messy.

No atmosphere, smells fishy, but has great fresh fish and the food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Hard working dedicated staff, a very busy business.

I had recent trip to Portland. I remember seeing Fisherman's Market on DDD and really wanted to try it out. So we drove down to Eugene to try it out for ourselves. You walk in and you are greeted with a strong fish-smell. STRONG. The restaurant set-up is straight forward. Good amount of seats and it wasn't busy when we... More

My daughter-in-law and I stopped in here early evening on a Saturday. The atmosphere was very casual and friendly. The Duck game was blasting from a radio so it was a bit hectic, but the cod and oysters we ordered were very good. The "waffle" cut fries were good too. Of the two choices, we selected the cole slaw with... More

my girlfriend and i staying in eugene found this place while walking outside the main downtown area - a fish market that cooks the seafood for you - we had clam chowder and fish sandwiches - nice sizes and very tasty - not too expensive

We had a great dinner at Fisherman's Market. My wife found it online and confirmed good reviews on TA. I ordered the fish and chips (cod) and my wife had fish tacos (mahi I believe). We both thoroughly enjoyed the food. As others have mentioned, the sauce choices are an added treat. I liked them all but Ragin Cajun is... More
