Vegetarian? Don't plan on dinner. We were served a nice salad with a large plated entee of 1/2 cup string beans and 1 cup serving of crinkle fries. Not a filling meal after a 6 hr. drive and 3 e mails stating we were vegetarians....More

We stayed at the RimRock for 3 nights and enjoyed breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there. Everything we had was delicious, from perfectly done fried chicken, to a delicious burger. But, the pancakes were amazing. I have probably had a thousand pancakes in my life, but...More

Cabot cooks up a tasty burger, and you can't beat the view of the Joseph Canyon. Very quaint dining area with a deck as well.

We pulled in with a car load of hungry kids. The service was great! Their root beer is excellent. Everyone went away happy, which is a real achievement with teenagers.

Wonder why you should drive 30 plus miles for a meatloaf dinner. How about best meatloaf ever, excellent service and no better view with dinner anywhere.

On a recommendation from a local in Enterprise, we ate dinner here before checking into our tipi for the night. The food was very tasty and the staff was fantastic. We enjoyed the RimRock Inn very much!!

Description
Our destination Inn sits on the edge of Joseph Creek Canyon, 34 miles North of Enterprise. It is WELL WORTH the breath-taking drive for dinner or overnight lodging with 7 eclectic choices in accommodations, both inside and out. Tuesday through Saturday we offer dinner by reservation only. Our scratch-made food is organic wherever possible and sourced locally. We feature Backyard Garden's organic greens in our salads as well as veggies from our own gardens when available. We strive for locally sourced, pesticide and antibiotic free meat when possible and feature Liberty Bakery, a local bakery that sprouts their own wheat from ancient grains to prepare our delicious signature RimRock sourdough bread. To see our specific weekly menu go to our website or check us out on Facebook. We also pair our dinners with some of the best Northwest wines. Desserts are homemade and change with our whim and what's seasonal. We have owned the Inn since 2004 and have had many fine chefs through the years. We leased the Inn out for 2 years but have taken back over and are "hands on" with every detail. As of Memorial Day 2013, we have added beautiful and unusual lodging as well as an amazing fresh and organic dinner menu. Dinner is now by reservation only and served Tuesday through Saturday. From 12-3 we are open for a bite and drinks featuring Chef Mike's incredible hand made Paninis.
