Have been going to this restaurant for 2 years now and have had great food (except the tacos, stay away from them) and excellent service until tonight. Our waitress was experienced and had no business waiting by herself. They were out of baked potatoes and...multigrain bread at 6pm when they are open until 11pm. The waitress neglected to bring my onion rings and dinner salad then tried to tell me the salad was not included when it certainly is. She even argued when I asked for a silverware setting with a steak knife. We asked for a manager but were told there was none on duty. We did get to talk with the senior server, Michelle. She patiently listened to our complaint and was sincerely apologetic. In the end she made things right with us and comp'ed us dessert. Sorry the owners were out of town attending a funeral as they would never have allowed this to happen. We thank you server Michelle. Overnight business trip got dinner to go chicken fried steak, taters salad with warm up drinks Yummy Staff was GREAT and friendly!!

At least restaurants are open enough for sit down meals again. The waitress was very friendly and provided good service. The burger was good and was served promptly. Overall a good experience even with the new rules IE social distancing etc.
