Want to go where the locals go? A little way off the HWY (HWY97) is a place that will take you back a decade or two. Beetle Bailey's. My family ate here once while we were camping for the week at The Cove Palisades, a few miles away. The food is a little pricier than standard fast food but I ordered a chef salad and it was delicious and fresh. My husband enjoyed a hamburger with fries on the side and our son had a corn dog. The... More

Although there are other restaurants in town, Beetle Baileys is the only one that stays in business regularly. The food is typical diner food but not bad. They have quite a bit of variety and great milkshakes!

We had breakfast here one day. Great prices and much better food than some bigger places in bigger towns. Good service. This is a friendly and comfortable place. Lots of locals eat here.

This place is in the small town of Culver just off US 97. An old style burger place with home cut fries, a soda counter for ice cream and shakes and an array of burgers It was crowded with locals which is always a good sign Sure beats going to the chain franchise places

Ordered a sandwich and it came out dry, vegi less, and soggy. The fries were cold, water was warm, and the service slow. the bill came to almost $30 for two lame sandwiches and fries. I guess if you are the only place in town, you don't have to try that hard to keep customers, but where i come from,... More

First, I notice they have this restaurant under the heading of Armenian food. It should be American and harkens back to the days of the old drive-in burger shops. Not the franchised behemoths we find in every city we travel to today, but the old Mom & Pop standby where burgers, fries, and shakes rule. Needing to kill some time... More

Yesterday, after a few hours at the Cove kayaking, my husband and I took our friend here for lunch. We've been there a few times before but their menu is so ginormous there's no possible way to have tried everything! We were wondering how much smaller the "light" meal was going to be...but since my husband wanted to have one... More

Excellent shakes and burgers! Desperately need more help. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon and there was only one other couple in the place. We had to wait a long time (more than 20 minutes) for our food and we were completely done with our meals by the time the shakes arrived despite our having asked TWICE for them... More

While the town is small, Beatle Baileys does have WONDERFUL burgers n lots of other items on the menu too!!! I noticed immediately that the walls had been painted and different pictures were on the walls. There were very needed new curtains!!! All in all, the place appeared to have totally been cleaned up. The food was VERY GOOD...as good... More
