I've enjoyed sushi at 5 star restaurants in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, and Tokyo. SADA'S sushi beats the all, hands down. He'll tell you what's in season, what's extraordinary, what not to miss. His mermaid rolls are unbeatable; amaebi is my husband's favoritie, the tako's tender, and the maguro melts in your mouth. Do you like udon? You'll... More

The sushi here is the best and most authentic in town. Could fit in as a restaurant in either LA or SF. Great menu as well - lots of variety

Weak sushi, plus they screwed up my to-go order and did nothing to comp me. Seriously, if you are used to good (or excellent) sushi you won't find it here. Save your money for when you have the opportunity to experience great sushi. The ambiance is a wreck. Enter the dungeon... Some of the rolls were pretty big... Staff was... More

We needed a place with good food for a small group of eight to eat and talk. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. I limited myself to various sushi rolls while others had the bento boxes. I've read the comments about slow service, but this was never an issue for us because we were in no hurry and... More

First visit to Sada's was when it was still in Newport on the coast. Glad they've moved here. The sushi is good and fresh and there are interesting items on the menu such as buta kakuni, a braised pork belly dish in a tasty sauce. Service is a bit iffy at times. Sada still works on the sushi line and... More

probably some of the slowest service I've ever had in a restaurant, food is good but 100% not worth the 30 minute wait after ordering.

While I was visiting in Corvallis recently, several people recommended Sada's for sushi. My 8-year old grandson said the sushi was good at Sada's but they were really slow and he suggested we go to another restaurant. I elected to follow adult advice. When we entered Sada's, I could see an area with seating on the floor; that gave me... More

Best sushi in Corvallis. Sushi is great. Other menu options are very good. Reasonably priced. Serve beer, wine and cocktails also. I recommend Sada.

I have had sushi in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and here in Seattle and the sushi at Sada's is just as fresh and well prepared. It is excellent. If you like sushi, you will like Sada's. Period. They have a very nice Sake list as well as a nice selection of wine and beer and well drinks. The atmosphere is very... More

Izakaya means Japanese‐style pubs and in foreign countries, it doesn't feel really Japanese, but Sada was alright. Good food, decent service and the atmosphere is almost Japanese.
