We were headed to a different distillery but someone told us about 4 Spirits. We are glad they did. The military theme is positive and supportive of our military. The building is clean, attractive, and the option of indoor or outdoor was nice. There was a group sitting outside under the patio cover and around the fire feature. Others were inside with us. We tried two tastings which are reasonably priced at $8 each. They have whiskey, gin, and a vodka. We tried the whiskeys and gins. The American Whiskey was one of the best we've tasted. I had to get a nice shot separately of it before leaving. We also bought a bottle to take home for a future whiskey tasting with friends. We got two pizzas and liked both. The brown butter pizza is the bomb! (Military connection intended.) We would definitely return when heading back up to visit when going to see our granddaughter attending OSU. We wish we could buy their American Whiskey online and have shipped to California. (P.S. We were here on a rainy Sunday when few people were out and about. Parking was easy, but I can envision it being difficult on some days when both the Block 15 Taproom next door and 4 Spirit Distillery are busy.)

Great place. Food was amazing and drinks were legit. Support this place. They support our troops. Prices for food was fair, even got a bottle of whiskey. Service was also top notch! Solid place. Enjoy

We so wanted to write a glowing review, but unfortunately we think the person who conceptualized the flow needs to be taken to the shed. Imagine this, every person walks in and orders food and drink, comes back and orders anything else, and then has to wait in that same line to pay and leave. One cash register for an entire restaurant with over 15 tables? What in the world were they thinking? This is not a small place, this is quite a large place and they have one point of service. Once you order you have to come back to the bar and pick up your cocktail. Then they ask you to tip 20% after they ask you to bus your own table. Let’s just add to the irony of Oregon, shall we? You are not allowed to pump your own gas, but this place has the audacity to ask you to bus your own table. Now on to the important subject of the spirits. I found the vodka to be a bit bracing but we both liked the bourbon. Hubs liked the habanero rum.

This is--hands down--my favorite place to eat in Corvallis. I've come here with people of all ages for lunch or dinner, and it's always a hit. Somehow, 4 Spirits makes everyone feel welcome: friends, people on dates, families with kids, larger groups, individual diners, even dogs. Honestly, I don't know how they do it. It's got such a cool, welcoming vibe--not necessarily what you'd expect from a distillery, but what locals have come to expect from 4 Spirits. (During the pandemic, I hear they even offered safe yoga classes to help people cope with all the stress!) GREAT outdoor seating with heat lamps and covered tables out of the rain. More limited indoor seating, but well-placed tables make it all work seamlessly. The food is consistently fresh, menu changes all the time, and everything's delicious. I love the hard cider, and while I'm not much of a drinker, my friends tell me the drinks are great, too. Take is also A+. Parking on street or in the lot is easy. Bonus, there's currently a pretty, empty field across the street that makes for great sunset views!

We were there for a birthday celebration dinner. Very busy, very noisy. One of the current "in" places. Nice outdoor fireplace. Seating very close together inside. Good menu selection which included 2 different house-made vegetarian hamburgers. Good choice of tap beer. Appetizers, a humus plate and another selection, were nicely plated. The hummus needed something --maybe lemon--as it was very bland. We sat outside, near the fireplace and shared a large table with a couple. Very casual atmosphere. The down side: parking is limited and stretches several blocks unless you get there early. It's on a dead end street and a very busy adjacent restaurant makes parking difficult. One must buss their table.

Loved the atmosphere. Happy Hour sliders are to die for. Was so impressed with the Sloppy Joe, Vegetarian and Chicken Parmesan. The whiskeys are really good for what I am assuming are very "young" given the age of the establishment. Great seating. Warm environment and wonderful wait staff.

Stopped in for some spirit tastes and some apps. We got a taster tray and some stuffed tots and chicken and waffle bites. The tastes were wonderful and the mixed drinks that followed were excellent too. We were able to get the full story behind the 4 Spirits. Be sure when you stop in and ask to go along with your food and drinks. We already are planning on going back when in the area!

Driving south on HYW 99 for a great day outing and found 4Spirots Distillery. Stopped in to check it out. A modern well welcoming dining and tasting area. The military influence and items displayed were tasteful and we'll done. The staff are warm welcoming and very knowledgeable of the spirits made on sight. Plan to bring friends back for a good meal and tour of the dinner.

Twice my wife and I have eaten at 4 Spirits Distillery. While we have yet to taste what they brew, we have enjoyed the food and the environs. Each entree is prepared on the spot and quickly arrives at our table. One can stay inside to eat or, in good weather, take a table outside.

This place was suggested in the March 2017 COASTAL LIVING magazine. We followed a trip in the magazine, booking all the hotels and trying to eat at restaurants they suggested. This was one of them. We didn't have a lot of time, so we just ordered an appetizer and two drinks. I don't remember the appetizers name but it was the hash brown balls. OMG, to die for! It was pretty much shredded hash browns rolled in a ball with cheese on the inside. It was just delicious!!!! We were told how the restaurant got it's name, which I had read on the Internet and knew I had to come to honor them! The owner named this place in honor of his four friends he lost in the war. Please see the binder that was sitting on one of the tables. It has pictures and tells the story. Made me tear up. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend getting the hash brown balls!!!

A group of us went to try it out. The servers were really friendly and helpful, made great suggestions on the food and beverage menus. The food was yummy and reasonable priced, service was fast. It was a beautiful evening and watching the sun set didn't hurt the atmosphere. Plenty of space outside and an area for kids to play. More comfy seats might be a good add but otherwise a great evening, were going back.

4 Spirits Distillery was built from the ground up. If I remember correctly, the owner had 4 friends whom he lost in war. The owner then brought the silhouettes from each friends and then created the 4 figures you see on the door and in the building. Pure beauty, true honor. So you order at the bar and then they bring drinks and food out. Let me explain.. Spirits are heavier liquor, like rum and wiskey. Not a ton of beer, ciders options. I am actually surprised to not see anything block 15 flavors on the tap list. It would be sweet to see a collaboration between the two! I had the grilled plum and goat cheese sandwich. I really enjoyed this summer fresh combo. Nicely toasted, goat cheese not too powerful, with a hit of cherry. One thing with this sandwich... More cherry flavor. Maybe cherry and cranberries. The goat cheese makes it sweet along with the bread so a little more tart, sour bites would bring this home for me. The fries are killer good! My boyfriend had the smoked chicken sandwich. The sandwich was small. The ingredients were fresh and well balanced. It just wasn't big enough for a grown man. I personally think the food from 4 Spirits smash the food from Block 15! Again, the fries were a huge portion of both meals. The building is clean and well aired out (it was so hot the day we went). Proper water glasses and color water too! Staff was very helpful and friendly. They're knowledged in the building and the reason it's there in the community. We want to come back and I know they will do well!
