Very good food and very consistent each time we visit. Good kids menu at very fair prices. They get the food out unbelievably fast and have great chips and salsa.

Great food, fabulous service!

My daughter and I wanted a quick dinner. We realized that it was a Friday evening and there was a wait. We were seated promptly and got our chips and salsa and beverages. Even though, it was very busy, the restaurant had a lot off staff. We ordered, and our food was delivered very promptly. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent!

Aside from being called Amigo all the time, which can be quite annoying, the food is decent, you get chips and salsa on demand, and the prices are relatively reasonable. I would like to see some healthier options on the menu, as many of the dishes have become Americanized, meaning, they are slathered in cheese and grease/oil.

Plenty of parking and the food was good. Server was very friendly. We sat and visited after eating since the restaurant wasn’t busy and our water glasses were not refilled.

My favorite is the flour chicken taquitos, but the tamales are super good too. Great service sand the best salsa you ever ate.

Fast, friendly dine in restaurant

We have come here many times. There has never been a wait. We are always seated right away. The servers are very friendly and attentive. Food arrives in a timely manner. Most times I’ve received food in less than 10 minutes. Quality of food is good. It’s typical for this type of restaurant. I’ve tried other places in Canby and we always end up back here.

Food is meh. Service is generally very slow and inattentive. Excellent red salsa. You're be happier at Los Dorados for sit down dining.

Meet Daughter for lunch

I stopped by to have lunch with my daughter and granddaughter . The food and service was excellent . I had the chicken fajitas and they were excellent . My second time at this restaurant and I still have to give them 👍👍 . Thanks Nuevo Vallarta .

Best Chicken Mole Enchiladas in the Willamette Valley

This place never fails to deliver, it's our go-to place for some close-by Mexican fare. Superior service, a good value, and a fish-bowl sized Margie will make you forget about the rainy spring we've had. The chicken in my Mole Enchiladas is always tender and delicious. Chips were hot, not greasy, and not overly salted. They don't skimp on the pico. Every time I go in there, I'm greeted with, "hey Amigo, welcome back". Very friendly staff. We eat there once a month, twice when we have a hankering.

Food is bland and service awful.

Took my granddaughter for lunch. Food wasn't very good. My granddaughter is a slow eater, the waiter stated picking up our plates, told him we weren't done and he tossed her plate back Down on the table, haven't and won't go back.

Disappointing Mexican food

We had high hopes for our first visit to this Canby restaurant in the Fred Meyer parking lot, but were disappointed in, well, everything. We hope they improve over time.

service is the only drawback to this restaurant, sometimes slow at refilling drinks, dipping salsa and chips. the meals are great, the salsa varies by the day sometimes way to hot sometimes just the right medium blend so you can still taste the food. wait staff is always friendly. place is usually very clean.

I'm not a huge Mexican food eater but occasionally we get the craving. I've only been to one other Mexican restaurant so I really can't compare it to any others. We do prefer NV over the other one in Canby. Prices seem to be ok. Food is quite good. If you're a local or have friends/family who live in Canby, there's always coupons to be found ($8 off meal.) Overall friendly employees.
