I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Maybe everything tastes better in nature? We were a large party; we were warmly greeted and our server was great in her recommended dishes and the wine selection. We mostly ordered seafood with one lamb dish. The prices are extraordinarily high -higher than what's listed on the website - (I know,... More

We had dinner one night (sorry we had bought so much food to cook) and it was so delicious. The crème brulle was the best ever! The staff was top notched. Make sure to make a reservation early! They were busy!!!

Excellent chef, with a solid menu emphasizing fish, and all natural ingredients. This is a high performing restaurant in the middle of the woods, and a very pleasant experience.

Just one of those places you need to stop at. I wouldn't have known if I wasn't meeting a friend. The place is very cool and very elegant in a casual mountain way. I didn't eat there but we did have a couple of drinks and the rating is bases simply on being a cool place in the middle of... More

Had not been here for over couple years and not disappointed. My wife and I shared a delicious beet salad and she had the lamb entrée. It was very good except it had only 3 sparse lamb chop ribs and for about $40 could have had more meat. I had the steelhead and pasta which was very good. Very good... More

Every time we fish the Metolius we get reservations at Kokanee. Fantastic location in Camp Sherman menu is very creative and service and food is top class. Call for hours and reservation because Kokanee is only open in the summer

My wife and I made reservations and were glad we did. I had the Forest Plate, which is a medley of vegetables. It was darn good. My wife had spaghetti and meatballs and that was the best that both of us had ever tasted. The beer was tasty, the wine smooth, and the service impeccable.

Every year we come to this location for Memorial day weekend and one night during our stay we eat at Kokanee. Food is consistently pretty good and the menu spans from mid range meals to fine dining plates. I ate the pulled boar sandwich with russet and sweet potatoes fries - YUM! Servers seems overwhelmed and so service was a... More
