The service was great. Our waitress stayed on top of our drinks and was extremely friendly. However, the food was just alright. Price is fair, but just expected higher quality fish. My fish seemed overly greasy and previously frozen rather than fresh. Salad was simply lettuce and dressing. Would have expected better.

I apologize that your meal wasn't everything that you were hoping for. We do have different preparations of our fish, and the battered dishes tend to have a little more grease. That being said, our servers are always happy to help out if you have any concerns in the least about your meal. I'm glad that she took good care... More

We searched Tripadvisor for the best lunch we could get WITH AN OCEAN VIEW. Sebastian's came up as the best possible place, and we decided to go there. Yes, you have to pass a bunch of eateries to get there, but it's well worth the drive (not long off the freeway). The seafood selection was as good as it gets... More

The food and service were good. I expected a restaurant at the beach to have a larger selection of fish. Prices seem a little high.

I apologize that we weren't able to exceed your expectations, Glenn. Depending on the day, our fish selection can change to reflect what's freshest. As for our prices, the fresh, locally sourced ingredients that we use can cost a little bit more, but we think it's worth it! Hope you'll give us another chance to impress you. Until next time,... My wife and I went to Sebastian's this evening. Ordered two salads, a shrimp Louis (wife) and crab Louis (me). Everything served promptly and the greens were fresh. My wife got a satisfactory serving of shrimp. And my salad? Where was the crab? Precious little on top. I complained to the waitress that for $21 I thought I should have... More

I'm so sorry that this was your experience with us, Barbara. Although it may have been harder to see the crab, we measure out each portion in the kitchen before it's sent out. I'll be sure to speak with my staff about this incident and hope that you'll give us another chance to show you the high level of service... More

Arrived for breakfast Sunday July 3rd @ 8:15 am. Busboy very friendly & attentive & brought water right away. Did not see a waitress for 15 minutes. Placed order & waitress brought coffee & tea right away. Did not see waitress again for 1/2 an hour. Waitress stopped by & said food should not be too much longer. Another 20... More

I apologize that you didn't receive the same attentive service that you have in the past with us. I understand why that might be frustrating. If you come in at a busier time, sometimes it takes a little longer for the kitchen to get those orders out. That being said, your waitress should've been letting you know about the progress... Went here with a group a couple of times. Food was good. They put us in the back room. Service good, nice view of the boats. Prices were decent for breakfast.

We arrived on a Saturday evening with no reservations. There was a line of approximately 20 people ahead of us. The hostess was taking names and trying to keep order. Apparently there was a large wedding party that was taking longer than expected to move along. I personally don't mind a waiting line as it usually means the place is... More

A little surf and turf is exactly what dining on the coast requires, so I'm glad that you and your wife enjoyed your meals. I hope you'll visit us again soon when we have less of a wait!... More

Went here for my birthday. The food was just okay. Crab cakes, grilled salmon, and fish and chips were too dry or soggy. However the calamari appetizers and the french rolls were very good. The service was below par too. The waiter forgot to bring our drinks and appetizer until half way through the dinner. Not cool. Prices were reasonable.

Great salmon. It was cooked perfectly and a large portion. Plenty of food. The service was slow but gave us time to enjoy the beautiful view. I had some sort of chocolate pie for dessert that was very tasty.

That view really is something, isn't it? I apologize that you had to wait a little bit longer for your meal, but it's wonderful to hear that the meal was one to savor. As always, a great meal isn't complete without a dessert. Looking forward to having you back again soon. Stay well, Debbie, Owner More
