The staff here are very friendly albeit a bit slow with service. The drinks are mixed perfectly. There were three of us and all had different cuts of beef. The three of agree that it was OK but not great. The veggies, etc. were very good and not over or under cooked. Pretty expensive for what you get. The ambiance... More

We have friends who live in Brookings and we try to visit them as oftern as possible. O'Holleran's is our go to to place for our "fancy" dnner. The guys had bacon wrapped scallops, one of the girls had salmon and the other a steak. The guys had corn chowder a welcome change from the tasty clam chowder found all... More

An old Brookings dinning experience. Pleasant restaurant. Best place to eat is a booth in the bar. Decent service (although our waitress was uninformed about most menu choices-maybe she was new??). Desserts we were told were all made in house, one bite would tell you she either made this up or she was miss informed--don't bother with dessert! Old fashioned... More

We had a dinner here one night on our stay in Brookings . The food was okay but pricy for the area. The staff were nice. We probably would not go back.

We ate in the bar because the noise level in the restaurant was a bit loud. The waitress we had was a treasure. Greta service and a great sense of humor. There was some live music, Piano and then a sax. Not overpowering sound, just soothing back ground. The food was outstanding. Will keep it on our list of great... More

We ate dinner here and were very pleased. There is nice full menu containing a nice variety . In addition there were several nightly specials. The service was quick and attentive. The soups and salad were delicious and the main course was excellent. Our server included a piece of cake at the end of the meal to celebrate our anniversary.

Ate dinner here recently. Clerk at motel recommended it. We very much enjoyed our meal here. Wife had razor clams, I had Cajun blackened snapper-excellent! Atmosphere is a bit sterile.

We got there right after it opened so we were seated right away. And I'm so glad did, because it filled up fast! The service was outstanding, very friendly waitresses. We each got ales on tap - good bargain and delish. The great thing about their dinners is that they come with everything - bread, soup or salad, fries, baked... More

Stopped in while on vacation looking for a big dinner. The calamari was obviously a prebreaded frozen product served with cocktail and tartar. Very uninspired. The sirloin steak with coconut shrimp was alright except I wound up having to share mine. My steak was ordered rare and came out a nice medium rare my spouse ordered medium rare and hers... More

No wait on a Tuesday night. Great garlic bread. Quick service. Portions are huge. Prices a little high - would have preferred lighter menu (smaller portion) choice. Nice view. Outdoor dining at times.
