Went with here with a large group of people on a Sunday afternoon the staff was very accommodating. The Sunday menu is a limited selection but still has a lots of great choices. The food was of decent quality and portion size is good. The Sunday meals come with a roll and dessert. The overall experience was good

This restaurant was very busy when we arrived, however, we found a table and still got good service. The food was very good.

Home style cooking. Clanton's, located on historic Route 66, in Vinita is famous. It's been featured on Triple D with Guy Fieri. He loved the chicken fry but he passed on the calf fries(testicles). Guy did make a special sauce for the calf fries and I always buy some to take home when we visit. Clanton's has daily specials-blue plate... More

Forget the lengthy review.....this Route 66 Cafe is simply the best for cafe food. Try the breakfasts or the chicken fried steak...you can't go wrong!

Even at 3 in the afternoon on a Friday this was a busy restaurant. Typical home cooking, relaxed atmosphere, service was good.

Saw Guy Fiere review this place on his show and we actually made a special side trip to EAT here. We heard about the chicken fried steak and that's what we both had. It was as good of a representation of a CFS as I've ever had. The grill their hand breaded beef instead of frying it, leaving the beef... More

We were greeted by everyone in the restaurant, very friendly.. We got take out meals which were the chicken and dressing... We heard it was fantastic and couldn't wait to try it. Well we did not eat any of the chicken and dressing other than our first mouthful. It was virtually inedible unless you enjoy having your mouth burned by... More

Given Guy Fieri rated this one of the best chicken fried steaks and I literally had no idea what that is it was inevitable that we stopped for a late lunch. A truly charming diner with delicious wholesome food. Still have no idea what a chicken fried steak has to do with chickens but what I can say is that... More

We were traveling on route I44 and after a 12 hour day decided to stop at the Holiday Inn Express for the night. When we exited I44 we asked where to eat and was told " go to the stop sign, turn right past the light Clanton's is on the left. We checked in first and asked where to eat,... More
