This restaurant is the best fine dining experience in the Tulsa area for French cuisine. It is a very romantic place to celebrate special occasions or to take business clients. It has been a long time gem restaurant that is not necessarily well known outside of old time Tulsanites, and very disappointing to see such low ratings on Trip Advisor,... More

The French Hen has good variety, great food with a French flair and great service. While expensive, I think you will get your moneys worth.

French Hen is an excellent restaurant with first class food (creative and delicious), very good service, and a nice ambiance. Not cheap but definitely worth it.

I visit my sister several times a year in Broken Arrow, and mostly certainly love to dine at "The French Hen, Bistro Wine Bar", in Tulsa. My sister and I have actually made this Bistro, one of "The Must Places" to dine at! We usually start with a very good Cesar Salad, then our favorite "White Wine, Tomatoes, Chives, Mushroom... More

This is our favorite place for special occasions. Kathy B. and staff make you feel very welcome at the French Hen. The inviting décor fits the style of an upscale bistro wine bar. The duck entree is especially appealing and if the chef made pâté de Champagne is available, try it. The cassoulet has a slight variation from the classic... More

The food was good but not great. Seating was average at best. Went there for meeting for a pharmaceutical company.

This is a charming little place that appears to be very nearly a hole in the wall from the outside. Inside is a more old world vibe, with dark woods and medley of french posters on the wall. The food and bar is excellent, and extremely consistent. The menu is fairly constant, it changes with the seasons, but the real... More

The French Hen is one of my favorite places for French food, their scardot and the cheese plate sometimes are good but more often than not is a bit disappointing. Their pate and their little openings are always very good. Lately we have decided to only go for our best dishes there. Bouillabaisse is one of my wife's favorite and... More

March 20th, Saturday evening, 6:15pm single business man staying the weekend in Tulsa & wanted a nice meal; thought I'd see if I could get lucky as a walk in and find a table. Well I did get lucky because there were only two tables that looked to be taken. Unfortunately my luck quickly ran out because no one ever... More

The menu is limited and doesn't change very often. It is expensive and the portions are small. The salads are good. This food is mostly too rich for me.
