We have been here several times in the past. This time the restaurant was nearly empty. The service was good. We upgraded to the premium dippers for the cheese. Salami, prosciutto, smoked sausage, it wasn't good. The regular stuff was better. The cheese didn't get hot until the pot was almost empty. The duck & steak was good. Chicken was... More

Always a great and fun meal here. It is definitely not cheap so know that head of time. $200 for a family of 5 not including any alcohol. Great service. If you've never been, you'll get a cheese fondue first course (several styles to choose from) and dip bread, apples, or veggies in that. Then a salad, I love their... More

Service was incredible. The staff went over the top once they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Our table was cozy and secluded and our server was so helpful for our first Melting Pot experience. Loved every bite.

I will love anything if it's dark chocolate. I went with a group of friends and we got two different chocolates, one dark and one milk. I ended up loving them both! Nice place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Eating at the Melting Pot is always a luxuriant treat, and this time was no exception. However, looking at the receipt after the fact has been full of surprises. We were taking advantage of a restaurant promotion that cut our bill in half, but we were still charged sales tax on the full amount. Even worse, we didn't notice that... More

Hi chowfun, I'm sorry there were concerns about your bill. In certain circumstances taxes are applied to the total amount regardless of coupons. Also, automatic gratuities are not generally used in my locations. If you will email me the date and reservation name, I would like to review your bill. I'll be happy to send you a refund if we... Started dinner at 7. Finally finished at 10:15. The bill averaged $ 40 per person including children. This is not fine dining--it's basically do-it-yourself cooking. Messy and gross.

The Melting Pot experience can be a little longer dinner than most people are accustomed to. We hope you might consider joining us for just chocolate sometime. No cooking, less time, yummy goodness. Let me know when you're coming in and I'll personally assure your experience is perfect. Becky Chapman, owner Becky@MBChapman.com Also, if you have a few minutes, I'd... More

We have so much fun when we treat ourselves to fondue at the Melting Pot! It is a first class place with delicious, high quality food! My oldest daughter, who is now 11, loves to go here as a fun treat because what kid wouldn't like to watch their food cooked and be able to DIP it into scrumptious cheeses!... More

My husband and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary at The Melting Pot. No wait for a Friday night at 7! Great place for a special date night. Our server David was great and explained everything to us. The food was delicious! The turtle chocolate fondue is the best dessert I've ever had. Yum! We will return again.

Spent the evening with my sisters. Absolutely love this restaurant. The service was fantastic. The desserts are so much fun. They have the most unique blackberry-sage lemonade.

Awesome! The Blackberry Sage Lemonade is a yummy cocktail that can either be non-alcoholic or include Bacardi Rum. We are glad you loved it! More

The food is portioned out in a timed way and amount to where you don't get too full and miserable. Great cheese and chocolate fondue. Entrees and salad are great but they're not the reason you go. Drinks are great (a little strong at the time) and reasonably priced.
