Really good Chinese Food

All the great Chinese place to eat have long ago closed we thought. We saw a review of this place and decided to give it a try. We were quite suprised to find this wasn't a typical buffet as a lot are in fact it is not a buffet. We ordered our meal and it was so good that in the middle of eating we ordered carry out for the next day.

Excellent Chinese

Best Chinese in Tulsa - Quality of the protein is A+… Eggrolls excellent. Soups are the proper consistency and flavor. Prices reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.

Had forgotten about this place.

I used to come to Chopsticks for lunch a lot when I worked near the area. When we were looking for a place for a birthday gathering, I found this because they had a menu item the Birthday Girl specifically wanted, and we were looking for a off the menu restaurant instead of a buffet. I didn't realize it was my old lunch place until I pulled into the parking lot. The food is consistently good, service is efficient, and the atmosphere is casual. The normal menu is reasonably priced, but the lunch menu items are a real bargain.

No No No!

This place was great in it's day but has really gone down hill. The Korean chicken wings were gross. The moo goo gai pan was horrible. They no longer serve wine or beer. The others in our party was able to stomach their meals. Then they didn't take off the wings and moo goo gai pan from the ticket. We're done with this place!

Seems very fresh. We had several dishes and they were all really good. The Egg Rolls were good, as was the fried rice. Loved the Broccoli Beef and Moo Goo Gai Pan. The noodles were really good as well. Down side is they don;t serve beer now.

Hot but bland

I had the Tofu Boa which was good and hot. Flavored with more soy sauce helped a bit. Waiters sat and ate while I was there so I felt I'd be intruding if I asked for some hot chili oil. Then my waiter left and someone else gave me my check. Unprofessional resturant policy I put it down to. Probably won't go back

Very Disappointed with Food and Service

Food did not taste good and not very spicy on dishes that said they were spicy. Very poor service, very slow.

I like this restaurant for it’s convenience, friendly service and that I can enjoy a beer with my dinner. I enjoyed the sesame chicken, jasmine tea and steamed dumplings. I look forward to future dishes at Chopsticks!

You may not want the smell from the BBQ next door entice you away

My family enjoyed the variety of the menu and tried some items that we have not seen at other Asian restaurants. The fried spring rolls were very tasty. I will admit that the one I ate was cold in the center. The fried dumplings were stuffed with flavor. My husband was slightly disappointed that his dinner did not include more vegetables- just green peppers, onions, and a few bamboo shoots. My oldest liked her noodle bowl, but would have liked to have a little more flavor- salt and spice. Like one of the other reviewers, we had a poor customer services time. Unlike the other review, the restaurant was pretty empty...maybe 4 other tables. We never had our drinks refilled. After waiting about 30 minutes to get our check, my husband finally went to the cooking counter to ask about it. If you don't mind waiting, you should give it a try.

Most Disappointed

After reading reviews I was excited to eat here with my wife and daughter. We arrived around 1:30 on Sunday afternoon. There were 5-6 empty tables but we were told by the waitress to please wait and she would get back with us. It took almost 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated it was another 20 minutes before being approached by the waitress. We were about to leave but I was wanting to eat the food based on the reviews. Needless to say the food was as disappointing as the service. The most sad thing we experienced is that several Asian families came in after us and were immediately seated and received their food before we did. Maybe they ordered ahead but it seemed suspicious. Once I received the bill, I sat there another 15 minutes waiting to pay. I finally took my check to the counter to pay so we could leave. We eat out twice a week and it’s always nice to try to restaurants. This is the most unsatisfied that we have ever felt leaving a restaurant. We won’t be back and I recommend you not try it either. Another side note several families also came in and were waiting to be seated and finally left without being acknowledged.

So Good!

I am not a good reviewer of Chinese food. If they offer sweet/sour anything I will eat it. The restaurant is very clean and appealing. Good lunch menu and a value for all the food you get. They offer with your lunch soup and egg roll along with your main dish or if you don't want the soup you can have 2 egg rolls. I had the 2 wonderful egg rolls and my partner has the egg drop soup. Both were very good. My sweet and sour chicken was very good and my partner had the spicy garlic chicken that he really enjoyed. The fried rice is very good. We had plenty to eat and look forward to going in the evening to see how good the dinner meal will be. Lunch or dinner we will be back.
