Every dish that my family ordered was outstanding. Service is great and the cost is low. If, like us, you are looking for something new, I highly recommend this place. Fair warning: if you ask for a spicy meal, it will be hot.

The owners run the restaurant and are very involved. The food is authentic and delicious. Kung Pao Chicken, "Spicy" Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice, and Orange Chicken are go-tos for my family. The hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had. The tofu (hot pot) is also very good. Hidden gem of Tulsa dining!!

This Chinese restaurant used to be run by a Chinese family. Food used to be authentic and good. However, now is run by Mexicans trying to cook Chinese food from internet recipes. Terrible if not poisoning. Will never go back.

Had Shrimp fried rice and it was phenomenal! It was interesting to me that the rice was white, but fried. Regardless it was delicious

Modest small restaurant with very good food and service. Be prepared to wait a little for your meal , they serve freshly cooked and that takes time rather than the ordinary stuff one gets at most like establishments.

The couple that own, and operate the restaurant are supper nice people. You will enjoy meeting them. The service is a little slow and not as attentive as it could be, but the food will make up for it. Also, if you are used getting massive amounts of Chinese food, that almost always requires a go box; well it won’t happen here. Their portions are reasonable, but not huge.
What attracted me to the restaurant were the dry pot meals. The beef rib dry pot seems to hands down one of the favorites ordered by diners. I tried the chicken instead. It is bone in chicken that is cut into small pieces. It was heavily seasoned with cumin, and other spices, deep fried, then served in a small wok with a live flame underneath to continue the cooking process at your table. Along with the chicken were onion, celery and lots of chili peppers. It is a very spicy flavorful dish. Delicious, like nothing I have ever had! We also had the orange chicken. It was good, not too sweet, but average.
There are items on the menu that I have not seen on a Chinese menu before. That makes the Chinese Garden a little unique and worth the try. With my limited sampling and one time experience here, I cannot this rate the restaurant as average. It is very good!

The food was delicious and the people were friendly. We had the sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken, dumplings and egg drop soup. Everything tasted great! Highly recommend.

Folks, this is exactly THE kind of incredible "hole in the wall" place that everybody looks for, but rarely finds! Talk about authentic! Not a single world of any language other than Mandarin once you are inside! NO PROBLEM since the owners are very fluent in English and are much more than happy to assist you. You only need to remember that it is sechwan so it IS definitely on the spicy side, but can be tamed down for the "normal"people Why loose all the flavour by taming it down? You WILL remember this place and if you really love interesting cuisine. you will be back lots of times! It is said that to see if it is a real Chinese restaurant look for the customers who are there. ALL Orientals! A true "mom and pop" operation and the love for "their" food shows in every breathe and much more so in every bite. Take a walk on the wild side and see what has drawn people to Chinese food for centuries. Easily one of the top FIVE best meals I have ever eaten, BUT I love it spicy! Not so much a "meal" but a variety of incredible dishes that were served family style. GREAT idea, because choosing only three or seven is impossible. This seriously is a place that I hesitate to suggest since it will quickly get way too overcrowded if more than a few choose to try it. Extensive menu, but ignore the printed part and just point to ANY{or EVERY} picture and get ready for THE best thing to cross your lips---EVER! Not for the faint of heart, but. GOOD! That will keep the looky-loos away and I can eat that much more! Sorry for the LOONG review, but it really IS that great a place! Super friendly staff and the bulk of the food {including dumplings} are totally homemade. Did I mentiion NOODLES are also? Be bold and ask if there is anything OFF the menu around, but best to avoid the Chinese Kimchee unless you are used to it. See you there!
