Our friends took us here for a night out. The restaurant is cute and it smelled wonderful! We each ordered a different meat and all tried each other’s food. They bring a huge pot of regular or spicy broth. We chose spicy. You have a...plate of paper thin sliced meat (huge portion) and another plate of veggies (cabbage, mushrooms, carrots and a few rice noodles). You also have a bowl of egg wash to dip your food in before cooking in the boiling broth. The chicken was really good, the steak was good, the shrimp was excellent and the snapper was really good. It’s very warm in the restaurant so wear layers so you can stay cool during your meal. After we ate ALL of our delicious food we ordered a gourmet popsicle!! Yum! They have Mango or Green Tea. My favorite was the creamy green tea and they mango was tasty too. A great place to spend a night out with friends. The couple we went with takes their kids with them frequently so kids love it too!More

Definitely a hole-in-the-wall, but the food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be visiting again when back in Stillwater.

Not too loud or bright, a great new way to enjoy eating food. You cook your own food in a broth while enjoying the company of your friends and family.

Don't let the look of the outside fool you. This is a great place with an awesome idea for dinner! The ambiance, food and service is all great! Shabu Shabu (swish swish) style of dining is a great! Who would have thought making your own...food at a restaurant would be this much fun! The staff is willing to help first timers and are very helpful and informative too. Great place for date night or business meetings!More

I see others reviews have said the same thing, don't judge a book by it's cover. This is so true because normally I wouldn't even go inside a place that looks like this place. Open the door and the aroma's will bring you the rest...of the in. This isn't normally my type of cuisine but this place is so different and so good once you try it you'll be back.More

I would recommend Tokyo Pot if you havent tried it, but more for the experience than anything else. The food is good, better if you're one of the lucky ones to have the owner to show you all tricks to it. There are 3 different...broths to choose from but they are all sweet (which I didn't realize). The reason I didn't rate it higher is because it's pretty dirty and in desprate need of a remodel. Also its really hot inside and They need better ventilation and air flow.More

I thought it was awful and it was expensive--it's a old rundown building-no atmosphere, the food was horrible no one could eat theirs

This is a neat place where you cook your food in a broth (think fondue). The kimchi and edamame were great apps. Prime ribeye was awesome as was the chicken. It is a bit warm in here because the AC is not working well. Seems...to be a problem here frequently. Would definitely eat here again.More

Fun Japanese restaurant in Stillwater OK. Hard to find, but worth the hunt. Good quality and quantity of food. Family friendly atmosphere. Great service. Highly recommend. We were there for a celebration.

There are signs that warn against it. Remember that you will be cooking your own food on boiling pots of liquid and some of the tables have open flame cook tops.
