Situated just off Main St. on 7th in Stillwater Oklahoma’s bustling little downtown area sits Zannotti’s Wine Bar. At first I didn’t think of it as a dinner destination until the wife convinced me to at least try one of their pizzas. She opted for...a cheese, fruit and meat plate served with a variety of breads. I had to admit, a lot of attention had been paid to the dish insuring a very tasty variety of cheeses and meat. But my pizza was small, very small for a man fresh off a 11 hour shift. However..., I have no idea how these folks could make such a small pizza so rich and satisfying. I had the sweet mango and grilled chicken pizza. It greets the palate immediately with a burst of flavor, some expected, some not. It was perfectly cooked if not a bit crunchy on the crust. My only complaint was that most of the ingredients seemed centered on the pie leaving a bit of desolate crust, sauce and cheese on the last bites. Yes, the various drizzles made it to the outer edges which saved it for me. It could also be that they want my palate to journey across several lands to the finish. If so, they were entirely successful. No other pizza has done this. A smooth red wine made the journey complete. Want something different? Zannotti’s will work. Great date spot as it is quiet. One can visit with and admire their date/wife in a quiet refined space. No big screens, thank you! This is becoming very rare as even steak houses have become rowdy cowboy bars filled with peanut shells and noise. I think many restaurants have forgotten that dreamy eyed dates and lovers still want to sit in a quiet place, share wine and food with the person they love (or want to love) and relish the moment. But I digress... Zannotti’s: 5 stars for ambience, 4 stars for food. Worth the trip.More

As this is the most successful wine bar in town, my assessment of expense may not be accurate. The wine selection is expansive. The plates to order with your drinks are small, but tasty. Nice quiet place to catch up with dear friends.

This is a great place for wine! But also cocktails and local beer. They also have food and we tried the flatbread pizza and enjoyed it. The servers are very friendly and helpful in selecting different drinks.

Best by the glass wine selection in Stillwater. Love the live music and the Charcuterie boards are delicious.

Zannotti’s was home away from home on my New York based company’s short business trip to Stillwater. Great wine selection, cocktails and food! The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The owner and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our rather large group...( which was getting larger every night escalating in a bus full of people arriving there for drinks on our last night there), staying open later than usual for us, and treating us like family. You, guys, made our stay extremely special! Thank you for such and amazing time, looking forward to coming back!More

Great place to chill out in Stillwater. Very nice wine list. Good cocktails. Flatbread was spot on as was cheese plate. Dessert was also awesome. Definitely will go back.

Me and the wife split the duck nachos and goat cheese in pesto along with a bottle of wine it was so good and the perfect amount of food. Our server Roy was very friendly and we talked about Netflix and big brother. Great talk,...better food and amazing atmosphere. 5 stars all the way. Will be back soon to try more of the menu items.More

We nearly always get the smoked salmon which comes with small baguette slices, capers, chopped onion, cream cheese, sometimes deviled egg, etc. always a little different--depending on the whim of the food dish creator that day. Never a disappointment!! I do like a small cabernet...with this. The mini-pizzas are great, especially the lobster & prosciutto; we haven't tried them all yet BUT WILL!More

Ellen and I are on mile 3600 of our 50th anniversary road trip, heading home. Our stop was at the Atherton in Stillwater, very nice. Zannotti’s was 10 minutes away and recommended. What a special place. Small plates were great and we started with Wisconsin...Cheese and fruit. 4 large servings of wonderful cheese, lots of berries, and 4 types of crackers, perfect. We bought a nice Pinot Noir with lots of choices. We learned while there that their liquor selection (I love single malt scotches) was extensive, just as a side note. We finished with a small Mediterranean Pizza with a couple of meats. The server said we could mix and match most of the pizza choices, special. We loved this place, great atmosphere, service and choices.....and open on Monday nights.More

No, not Tapas. But they do offer a variety of appetizer plates including smoked salmon, bruschetta, baked brie, cold meats, cheeses, etc all served with fruit. They are relatively large plates and can be considered alight... More
