I am one of likely fairly few people to visit Pawhuska without any previous familiarity with the Pioneer Woman. However, while staying in the area for a couple days on a road trip with a friend, we decided to have dinner at P-Town Pizza. We...visited on a weekday in April, during a time when the TV show was not filming, and we were able to be immediately seated. As compared to the Mercantile, at which we also ate while in Pawhuska, the ambiance at P-Town Pizza is more casual and relaxed, and we observed more families dining here. My friend and I both decided on salads. At $8 each, coming from the Boston area, we expected them to be relatively small side salads. However, I cannot overemphasize how enormous these salads were — we could have been eating them for days! I ordered the Caesar salad and was entranced by the concept of replacing croutons with full-sized garlic knots. No notes. We loved the flavored lemonade, which is available in strawberry, raspberry, or blackberry. I would also highly recommend the triple chocolate dessert jar, which was absolutely mouth-watering. My friend and I enjoyed everything we had so much that we returned the next day for a repeat! There's quite a bit of street parking immediately outside the restaurant, as well as a free parking lot just a few minutes' walk away. My one note of caution is that the entrance to P-Town Pizza is up quite a steep set of stairs, which could pose a problem for some.More

Three of the four of my traveling buddies stoped in last night for a bite to at. We ordered wedge salad, not knots and a small lotsa meat pizza! Holy moly, I was all so good. The salad was crisp and fresh, the not knots...were to die for and the pizza was fire baked and had just the perfect crust. We even spotted the 2 Drummond boys😊. Bonus! We had one fine meal. If in P Town give them a go.More

The service was awesome, the pizza was great (a little overpriced). You really must have an order of Not Knots, they were the best. The trek up two, not well lit, long flights of stairs to access the restaurant was a bit much. The restaurant...is definitely NOT handicap accessible. Which is very sad. I'm very surprised there isn't an ordinance requiring handicap access to all businesses, especially when the business had been refurbished.More

This was our final stop on my Pioneer Woman fan adventure…it was a great way to send off! Great service and the Not Knots are the best thing I’ve ever had at a pizza place! The view on the balcony was perfect…such a cute quaint...town. We will be back for sure!More

Great place to have a wood-fired pizza! The Not Knots are outstanding. They almost melt in your mouth. I didn't feel guilty enjoying the food since I walked up many steps to the restaurant.

So good! Very reasonable pricing. 4 people could split one of their salads! Staff was very friendly and came around often. Popular diner spot.

We so enjoyed our dinner at P-Town Pizza after a long day of driving. The service was friendly and attentive. We both ordered beer from the good selection of craft beer. My thin crust veggie pizza was delicious with its caramelized onions, roasted peppers, mushrooms,...and tomatoes. My husband really liked the pepperoni pizza.More

Very friendly staff. Garlic knots were amazing. We had the Steakhouse pizza and it was also very good. You have to try their Grown-up Cherri Lime Aid. It’s very tasty.

Disappointed. Inaccessible to my family due to multiple stairs . Why was this building renovated and no provision made for people who use wheelchairs? Surprises me knowing the wealth of the owners.

We are relatively frequent visitors to P-Town and we have been true fans but they seem to be faltering. It seems staff have become much less attentive. The staff got our order wrong each of our last three visits. Twice, our pizza order was wrong...and this past Thursday, a salad order was wrong TWICE plus the pizza order was wrong. P-town has always been excellent about delivering a corrected order but that takes time so it disrupts the meal. It’s hard to say whether the server or the kitchen was at fault for these recent mistakes and I can't believe we were the only folks affected so I believe that only immediate management of P-Town in Pawhuska is the problem. I'm hoping we will find them improved very soon so I can report a better experience.More

If you're in Pawhuska, you have to at least stop here for the Knots! We normally do not get appetizers, but in this case my wife read a review for the Knots, so we ordered them. Oh my! If nothing else, order those! And the...pizza was top notch as well! Highly recommend eating here!More

Excellent! I mean sooooo good! One of the pizzas we got was the Pizza-Ree-A. It was different than your average pepperoni and just out of the world. Highly recommend.

We first tried to eat lunch at The Mercantile but it was a 2 hour wait. We walked over to P-Town pizza where we were seated right away. Ordered a sangria which was poured on the heavy side...but tastes really good. We ordered a steakhouse...pizza to eat. It was so good. Great service and affordable as well.More

After breakfast at The Merc and a visit to The Lodge and Tallgrass Prairie, we returned to Pawhuska for lunch at P-Town. This was recommended by a coworker and it was every bit as good as advertised. As with The Merc, everything is so thoughtfully...designed and decorated - even the plates that look like paper plates and the mason jar glasses. It’s so charming. Our group ordered three different kinds of pizza and they were fantastic! The garlic knots are a must. And if you like a wedge salad, this one is big enough for two (or three) people!More

There is a back entrance. My husband dropped me off. There is one small step up to get inside, then 3 or 4 steps down with no rail, but you can use the wall to hold onto.

It wasn't necessary when we were there. We stayed at the frontier and had a corner suite so we were able to watch how busy. We were, however, there for dinner on Monday. They also have a full bar if you are interested.
