We arrived in the late afternoon . It took a few minutes to find anyone working. There are 2 entrances and separate dining areas. We were seated and service was timely. We both ordered a sirloin steak, served the same way. The meal was good,...not exceptional. After we left the restaurant we realized we did not get any rolls & butter and that while we both ordered the same steak, they were actually 2 different cuts of meat. One sirloin and probably a ribeye.. One would think that an upscale restaurant would be better.More

The place is very well laid out. The cushions in the booth we were sitting in were well worn out, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our salads were served alongside our dinner selections. Normally the salad is served first, then the...meal. The food was very good. The steaks were cooked to perfection as was the Cheese Burger. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff, it was very good too. I will say the salad portion was too big and most of us didn't finish them. It's a shame because we all hate to waste food. I did ask the server to please turn down the music a bit so we could have a conversation without hearing the music selection more geared to a younger crowd.More

My husband and I went there for our second time the last week of March. We both really enjoyed ourselves and he loved what he got. He got the chicken fried steak with the sautéed squash and I got the chicken tenders with a baked...sweet potato 🍠. He loved his chicken fried steak and said he would give it a five. He said there wasn’t too much breading on it and it definitely was not overcooked. He said he would give his squash a four and would order it again. I really enjoyed my sweet potato, but was not too thrilled about the chicken tenders. I don’t eat those very often and there is one place that I get them where I really enjoy their‘s, but they just didn’t taste too savory to me. We also got the stuffed mushrooms 🍄 for an appetizer and we thoroughly enjoyed those. We would give those a four and would order those again. We have a restaurant that we used to go to and they had the most delectable stuffed mushrooms we’ve ever tasted and so it’s hard when you’ve had that comparison, however, Roadhouse’s were good. They also make their own dressings and we are impressed with that. I like when a restaurant makes their own dressings and we rarely find one that makes their own Thousand Island, my husband’s favorite, but they do. My favorite is homemade ranch and they make that as well. We will definitely go there again when we’re traveling that way and want something good to eat. I recommend this restaurant and hope you find some delicious dishes to dine on there as well.More

My wife and I were downtown shopping and discovered Roadhouse. We sat on patio and enjoyed the great service and the appetizer menu was terrific. I suggest the bacon wrapped chicken poppers. Drinks were good and reasonable priced. Service was terrific. We will go back.

Terrible service, food was terrible and it is EXPENSIVE. For our family it three it was $98! The only decent item was the appetizer-fried pickles. Spouse had greasy catfish. Teen had meatball sub that truly was inedible. I ordered the salmon- it was supposed to...have a bourbon glaze. It was dry and the weird chutney put on top was disgusting. So disappointed. No alcohol just tea to drink.More

This is clearly one of the favorite restaurants we’ve been to in Southeastern Oklahoma. My husband and I went there for the first time this past weekend and we were so surprised. We rarely give a restaurant a five, but our food was really good...and the service was very good as well. My husband ordered the Center Cup Pork Chops and they looked so good. He said he would give them a solid 4 1/2 or 5. He described them as moist, well-cooked with a great taste. His side was Mac and cheese 🧀 and he said it was a solid five. He said it was cheesy, creamy goodness! We both enjoyed our salads and were SO GLAD they didn’t taste like wilted salad that came out of a bag, but like a nice, fresh salad. 🥗 Most of their dressings were homemade, including my husband’s Thousand Island and that was impressive. I would give my Ranch a four, but it was still good. I got the red fish on saffron rice with cream crab sauce and I would give it a four (4.). I wasn’t particularly crazy about saffron rice (but I think that’s a personal preference) and I thought the cream crab sauce was pretty scarce, I actually asked for more. However, I brought about half of it home and after I put it in the refrigerator, the flavors seemed to come together more and it then tasted delicious. We were both impressed with the size of the mushrooms 🍄 and we give them about a 4 1/2. They were definitely filling and tasted freshly cooked. We were most impressed with the size of the Strawberry 🍓 Shortcake. Not only was it big enough for two people, but it really tasted good. We are not avid Strawberry 🍓 Shortcake Lovers and we both really enjoyed this. Our service was a five and the atmosphere was nice and clean. We would definitely go there again and are so glad we found it.More

We were in town for a funeral and traveled from three different states. We visited Tuesday night and Wednesday around 2:00 pm. The first night, we were able to pull two large round tables together in the bar area. There were about 12 of us....Service was good. We told them we would be back tomorrow after the funeral shortly after lunch and it would be a larger group of about 20. They said they would have it ready. When we arrived, they had nothing set up. Lunch was over and restaurant was empty. We asked about pulling tables together and they said their policy was that we could not because they were "short on staff". We asked for the Manager, who said we should not have been allowed to pull the tables together the prior night and stood by their policy. They only gave us one waiter for that large group. He said if he had known we were coming, they would have brought in more people. Again, we had requested the table the night before. He told us to sit anywhere in the restaurant, but we could not join tables. Soooo, 20 people spread out at different tables made entirely no sense on how to help a short staffed situation. How about the Manager get out there and help?!! Very poor leadership. Let me add that our server on both days was EXCEPTIONAL!!! They get A+ on service and F on Management as they are doing what they are told. I would say, if you are gathering for a birthday party, etc. and have over 10 people, pick another place. They can only handle smaller crowds. And by the way....the guacamole is NOT fresh. It is packaged, so I would avoid that. Food is average. Best item was Spinach Artichoke Dip.More

This was our third visit here and their just in too big a hurry to get food out. What's the point of rushing the food and having it sent back. Just take your time and cook it right the right time and maybe you won't...see it again! We came based not the picture of the crab cakes above. Did this restaurant really make those crab cakes because the ones we got didn't look anything close to those. Ours were flatter than pancakes and were totally black on one side. They don't look like gently sautéed patties, they looked black and flat. How do you send that out? We sent them back and they came back only slightly better, still cooked over too high a heat or too long. Then we ordered a ribeye cooked Medium. Came to us quickly and it was as rare as it could be. Sent it back and it too came back only slightly improved not even close to Medium. I was taught to do it right the first time and you won't have to do it again. I think Roadhouse needs to learn this too. Just slow down, its suppose to be about good food, not fast food. If we want it fast, we can go to Mc Donalds Not sure if we will return.More

Friendly greeting, Good service, excellent food choices and quality. A little off the beaten path is a gem. Days roadhouse but that is a misnomer. The menu, quality and prices say fine dining, but atmosphere says plain old’ roadhouse. Service very good, but roadhouseish, fast,...efficient but a little too much for $20-$30 entrees. Felt like you were being rushed away. Would go again, maybe at night to see the difference in atmosphere. Great sirloin K-Bob’s, crab cakes, salads, sides all done to order. Outside dining areas not clean.More
