I tried place an online order but it won't allow you to order a pizza without cheese. I called the restaurant at 3321 S Elm Pl, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 to place my order. I started the order by saying I need a small cheese...pizza. The woman rudely said "I thought you didn't want a cheese pizza." Idiot maybe I'm ordering multiple pizzas. When I asked for a manager she hung up on me. I called back she put the phone on the counter for 10 minutes. I called the store at 802 S Aspen Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 to ask the manager to help with the situation. She hung up on me after being rude. Never again.More
I needed a quick snack before a movie, so I ordered breadsticks on the app and grabbed them on the way by. Quick, hot, and friendly service from both people I interacted with. They have opened a new building just east of the previous location.
We have not tried this pizza buffet previously and were pleasantly surprised how good it was. I was particularly happy with the salad bar. It was very fresh and had ample toppings for your salad. There was quite a variety of pizza and had both...the pan and thin crust pizza. We did not try it, but there was Alfredo red sauce pasta. And for dessert, they had delicious cherry and apple pizzas for dessert along with yummy cinnamon sticks.
The service was also very good. I would recommend and will return.More
I'm not a big fan of Pizza Hut in the first place put this location on Kenosha it's so slow to get your take out food you never see anyone there in the overall operation seems a little ran down and dirty
I have eaten pizza from this Pizza Hut for more than 20 years. Before the various other chains, and Mom & Pop pizza places came around, this was a great pizza destination. Through the years, the service and the quality has slipped.
I recently ordered...a medium meat lover's pizza from this location and they were pretty stingy with the meat. Quite honestly, I will probably go to Hideaway Pizza from now on as they seem to give me a better pizza and more choices.More
They're very slow and not comparable at this location in Broken Arrow off Kenosha the toppings are very low and not that of a normal Pizza Hut also the food always seems to be cold I will not be going back
You would think that a large franchise like Pizza Hut would have very specific rules on how to prepare their products, especially pizza. Either they do not or this restaurant chooses to ignore their rules. Sometimes the pizza is good, other times not so good.
