My wife and I went in for lunch, nice clean place, friendly staff. I ordered the Pigman sandwich which has pulled pork, sliced brisket, and sliced sausage, a half pound sandwich. It was loaded up with meats, almost too tall to bite. She ordered the chopped beef brisket sandwich. Food was good, 3 different sauces on the table to choose... More

I try to visit local BBQ while I travel. This is a chain restaurant. There is no bar area- only table service. I prefer to eat at the bar while dining alone. Tuesday was "all you can eat ribs and sides" (to much food for me). The food was average. I ate a combo of pulled pork, dry rub rib... More

Chopped Brisket sliders were delicious! My sweetie and I split the sliders and a smoked chicken salad. They both were delicious with no complaints of the service or the food. Both were as expected. . . very good!

In the midwest, BBQ is serious business and it takes a lot to rise above the competition. For me, Rib Crib did not do this. The food is fine, and I could certainly eat here again, but it's not the kind of place you tell your friends halfway across the country (or world) to go out of their way to... More

Ordered naked rubbed spare ribs as a dinner platter with beans and salad. Salad was fresh and had crispy fried tortilla strips on top. BBQ ranch dressing was not bad. Ribs themselves were hot, tender, and had a decent amount of meat on them. Three sauces are on the table; one mustard carolina style, one tomato based hot, and one... More

Great service and absolutely fantastic tasting ribs! With sauce or without, generous although not huge portions. You won't walk away hungry!! There are several of these scattered around so I was hesitant to give them a try. I am glad I did!! The meat was very tender and was falling of the bones. Just typing this makes me want to... More

I ordered the Carolina pulled pork bbq. There was not a lot of meat on the sandwich. Plenty of French fries but little meat on the sandwich. I was good, just not enough of it.
