The atmosphere puts you at ease. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is gourmet in quality, choice and presentation. The price is very reasonable for the value. And the beverages, always excellent selection available. Friendly patrons add to the ambiance.

We had not visited the inn previously, but, considering how long the inn has been in business, we were expecting a pleasant atmosphere and at least average food. We visited for dinner twice within a three-week period (and hoped that our disappointed first impression would change on the second visit - no such luck)The dining room is on the small... More

Entree salad topped with sliced Angus beef gets a 8.5 out of 10. Beef done the way I like it (medium). Just the right amount of meaty, grilled flavor. Fresh, tender greens. Good assortment of drafts although most too hoppy. ended up with Stella. sat on the patio as a mild breeze kept things cool. watched TV at the outdoor... More

We recently went to the Pub at the Wooster Inn which is located in the basement. Nice cozy atmosphere, delicious steak and bottles of wine for $10. Needless to say we had a great time. Wine and steak a wonderful way to start a weekend.

I've read some bad reviews and don't agree at all. Room was quiet and comfortable. This is an INN not a large hotel so I'm not at all unhappy with a bit of quirkiness. Again--quiet, comfortable room and bath! Service was great all around during the two night stay. Music on the patio on Friday summer nights---fantastic! All in all... More

When my spouse graduated from Wooster College the city was “dry” as a result of its citizens exercising a “local option” to remain so after the end of Prohibition. Thus, we could not ignore the irony when we visited the Wooster Inn (its current iteration established in 1959) last month for her 50th reunion and found, what is undoubtedly one... More

Enjoyed Sunday lunch on the patio. Service is good here and that is important. Great sandwiches. The slaw I ordered was "past is goodness date" they were happy to replace with something else. Wine list is perfect, great options. It is refreshing to get a bottle of wine that is tasty and reasonably priced. We had a Malbec and it... More

While attending a college reunion, we met up with friends for a drink on the patio. What a beautiful place! Prices for featured drinks are very reasonable and service was prompt and friendly. We will plan to return for another visit and recommend it as a great meeting place for friends.

Fine food, quiet atmosphere. First-class service. Banquet rooms available for small groups; outside setting under tent for wedding and other special occasions.
