I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Stopped for a late lunch to empty restaurant(should have been our first warning). Air conditioning was set on freezing. No kids menu so be prepared to spend adult prices for a child. Took 10 minutes to get...drinks and my Diet Coke was just a can. Ordered chicken lumpia, sorry that's out. Ordered green curry- 40 minutes later waiter comes out to say that they are out of green curry.. took 40 minutes to figure that out? Gave me red curry instead and it was not good at all. Food finally came out about 50 minutes after arrival. My friend started eating his food and there was a fly floating in it. Waiter asked if he could get him something else and brought him another dish. Check time you would think the check would have been adjusted for all the issues no not at all. Wanted to charge me for fly food. After some talking they took $3.00 off. What a joke, poor service, poor food. Not a way to run a business at all.More

I went to the Dai Trang restaurant for a carryout of the halo-halo dish. I live nearby and I know it is a frozen dessert. Previously, I ordered a large halo-halo and it came in two containers and was all mixed up. So this time...I brought my own dish and they were gracious enough to allow me to bring my newly purchased dish. I told them that I was going to share this with a friend and I needed it to look pretty. I have attached the picture of what they gave me. It looks nothing like the menu picture. My guess is half of the items were missing. If they had told me that because it is not the summer season they wouldn't have the items, then I would have understood and expected this. I'm disappointed. Also when I called back, the cashier was unapologetic. He said that this is their new halo-halo?. I will call back and try to speak to the owner or manager. I paid $15 for this dish. This is not what is shown on their menu. They could at the very least say they are sorry.More

The service was very slow even though the restaurant was almost empty. The pho and pad thai weren’t very good—and it was overpriced for what you got. Maybe the filipino food is better, but I doubt it would be worth the wait to find out.

Saturday afternoon with my family; there were 9 of us. Restaurant had 2 other small tables. Only 1 server. Extensive menu. Food not up to par. 5 of us only nibbled at our dishes and no one took it home. Coconut shrimp was good but...overpriced. All of our meals came out one at a time with the first people done before last people got their food. Coke served in cans. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes for me to get my entree after arrival. Luckily, we had planned on a long lunch! Will not return. Asian Paradise much better quality, prices, ambiance and service.More

Went here a couple years ago and was so impressed. Since then it has changed and not for the better. Service was good. Food was freshly made but vegetable were cut into large chunks and not fully cooked. The dish was bland. My wife and...I were both disappointed and not likely to return for a long time. Prices were not appropriate for the portion sizes and quality. Hopefully/maybe it was just a bad day.More

Good pho broth. The bahn mi was tasty but just didn’t have a lot of vegetables or pork in it. Was good overall.

I was here about two years ago and the place hasn't changed much. They still offer an eclectic mix of foods, Filipino, Malaysian, Vietnamese, etc. It was lunchtime on a Wednesday and about a dozen people were in the place. It's located next to a...Mexican restaurant in a very underpopulated strip shopping center that's anchored by a large antique mall of all things. I tried the suggested Lechon Kawali which was touted as a "foodie favorite". Bad choice! The pork belly was mostly chunks of fat. I sent it back and they were nice enough let me order a Vietnamese Pho Ga instead. It was pretty typical but had pieces of chicken skin in it together with the chicken white meat. Better menu descriptions or pictures would make ordering easier IMHO.More

We recently visited Dai Trang on a weekend evening. The restaurant wasn't terribly busy, and we were greeted by a friendly server. All tables are self-seating, so we selected one by the front window (table for four). It was a bit chilly there. We proceeded...to order drinks. The bistro doesn't serve alcohol, however there are a selection of Coke products and bubble teas. We placed an order for one of the $15 specials which included lumpia (both pork and chicken), chicken adobo, and pancit bichon (also with chicken). Additionally, we had an order of lechon. The lumpia was crispy and piping hot. It came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The chicken adobo was a small chicken wing and was well seasoned, garnished with green onions. The chicken was extremely tender and not too salty. The pancit was good and served with the traditional carrots, onions, celery, green beans, and chicken in a rice noodle combination with a wet sauce. For dessert, we tried the Filipino macaroons, which were mini muffins with a coconut flavor. The Dai Trang Bistro is in a strip mall, and it is difficult to see the sign for it from the road. There is not a lot of ambiance, but the staff are friendly, and the food is good. The restrooms are clean.More

We entered the restaurant when it was fairly slow, But before long more people were arriving to eat lunch. With two servers that were not familiar with the foods that they were serving or taking orders from customers. Which to me is important walking into...a new place to eat. The food was good. The place fairly clean. But Way Overpriced. The drinks were expensive Just for two alone were $20.00. Yup really. (Milk Tea with Boba) and to make it. Only one of the girls actually knew how to make it. If you wanting to spend big bucks in a Mid Range place, it would be here. Maybe it's more like Fine Dining. We could have spent $60.00 in a another restaurant and still walked out full and with change in our pocket.More

Terrible service. Ordered calamari as appetizer, cam after my main dish. Wifes main dish came after I was done with mine and calamari were cold. Pork belly tasted good, wife's stir fry looked and tasted like cooked. When asking why meals were nit served together...and appetizers not before main course, the answer was "because we make all fresh". Idiotic. First and last time here for us.More
