Very good but very expensive. Came here while away from home for our 25th anniversary. They were not busy but did not spread out tables. First time at this Melting Pot, consistent service and food similar to other locations. Always enjoyable.

The food was fun and good. The waitress was very friendly but service was so slow. We were there 3 hours expecting less than 2. So we had to change our plans for the night. There were times we wondered if she forgot us. This...was a celebration occasion and how slow she was disappointed us. Maybe they didn’t have enough help ??More

What a great place and menu for a big family get together. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating to all of our needs. Couldn't have imagined a better place to celebrate.

It was our first experience at The Melting Pot but we love to have fondue suppers at home and our married children highly recommended we go there. We had a couple's night out with friends so we chose the Double Date Special. The cheese fondue...was a great start followed by delicious salads. Our main entree included sirloin steak, herb breaded chicken, and white shrimp in vegetable base fondue. It doesn't look like a lot of food when they bring it but it is very filling and could hardly finish it all. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the food and process to make the meal enjoyable. She kept our waters filled and checked frequently to make sure everything was OK. The manager also came around and asked if we needed anything. It was a Tuesday night so they weren't as busy which I am sure helped to allow them to be as attentive, but our experience was enjoyable from the greeting as we entered until we were done. It is a bit pricey so our visits will be limited but for a fun and unique dining experience, I would recommend The Melting Pot.More

Made a 7:30 reservation for four and we arrived on time. The hostess was dressed in a cut off jean skirt and was lukewarm at best. We we seated at a table that was still being bussed. Nothing......finally received water and an apology that they...were busy due to “prom”. Saw two tables of kids that were dressed in prom attire. Our server came by with apology number two she was really busy. She never came back. After 30 minutes we left! I asked to speak to a manager that basically told me they were short staffed ( not sure why they accepted our reservation ) and I was holding him up and delaying service to other folks sitting and waiting......I was at a loss for words to say the least. What was to be a special birthday celebration for our daughter was a huge disappointment. Ended up driving back home and enjoying dinner at a local restaurant. Lesson learned!! Too bad there isn’t a negative star option.More

Every time I eat at the Melting Pot, I like it, but it is so expensive for what you get. They spread it out so you get full while eating, but all in all it is not a place a lot of folks can go....It is always $60 with a drink.More

This was a wonderful experience for our group which included two young children. We started our eating adventure with a cheese fondue appetizer in which we dipped a variety of bread cubes and fresh apple cubes and vegetables. A fresh salad of our choice followed...the appetizer. Then we had our entree, which was a choice of three items: meats, seafood or vegetarian choices. These were cooked by us at the table in a delicious bouillion. They provide a variety of delicious sauces to dip your meats in. Yum! But, the best part was the chocolate fondue dessert at the end. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful.I would recommend that you make a reservation, especially on weekends.More

Love this place for a dinner without the kids. The cheese, salad and desert is always amazing. It’s a bit pricy but we always really enjoy ourselves.
