Interesting menu. The food was good! We had tacos and the Reuben egg roll it was all very tasty. Our compliments to the chef on the Scotch eggs... they are excellent! The best Scotch eggs we've ever had!

I love the atmosphere. The service was exceptional. The owner came to talk with us. He is a delightful guy. The menu is full of amazing options. Ed knows how food should taste. The experience is worth the time. Just off the highway.
Even though I have Irish ancestry on both sides of my family, I have a very limited experience of Irish food but had heard of the wonderful Irish food at Mavis Winkle’s! When I saw the menu, I recognized some familiar dishes which I considered...ordering. But then I happened to notice something called boxty, which is a potato patty, topped with corned beef, grilled salmon, or grilled veggies and Bleu Cheese, and another boxty! A Corned Beef Boxty with coleslaw and accompanied dressing sounded amazing and was! With a Ginger Beer to enjoy with it, my Irish lunch was just the beginning of my adventures into the culinary delights that have been passed down from generation to generation!More
This place had a nice pub atmosphere. we were seated quickly in the restaurant side. There was a bar side and they had Karaoke night. service was fast. They had a reasonably large menu for both food and drinks. They had a good selection of...beers. I had a Gyro (I know, odd choice for an Irish pub) and it was quite tasty Prices were reasonable overall i would say it is a good place for dinner.More
Wow. This place is amazing. Tried the zucchini spears with dill sauce and it was great. I got the stuffed cabbage rolls and they were freshly made in house. Wow they were great and it was huge. I highly recommend this place. I will be...back to try other dishes.More
Excellent dinner last night. Very crowded at 7:45 pm on a Friday night. Promptly seated and served despite of the crowd. The food was great, nice to see new owners pitching in where necessary. -enjoy
A unique and eclectic menu. My husband had the bangers and mashed, he really enjoyed it. I had the Vegie Boxty and also enjoyed it. We both had soup, he the potato and I the mushroom bisque, both were very good, although we both thought...they could be slightly hotter. Our service was great and the wait from the kitchen was very quick.More
I recently eat lunch here for the first time. Very nice atmosphere. I liked that they had high top booths. Something you don't typically see in a restaurant. The food was average. I had a spinach salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was rather bland...in taste and appearance. I asked for a roll with my salad and it was brought out with my check. Every time the server came around I would ask her how my roll was coming along. By the 4th time I was a little annoyed. But she found it humorous. I would definitely return because of the atmosphere and I would like to try something else on the menu. The menu had lots of choices some with pictures (which always helps)More
Was there about 5 years ago.. It was just o.k. Tried again... Cozy atmosphere,,, friendly service, but food not up to par. BBQ ribs were tough and chewy, (sauce just fair) Sent back and tried the meat loaf.. Bland and flavorless. Pot roast sandwich just...o.k... Probably will not return.More
Came for a late lunch. Had the daily special of Slow cooked Short Rib. Absolutely delicious, served up with my favorite veggies. Good choice of real ales too. Fabulous!
We found this place a couple of years ago by accident. Now, anytime we are passing through the Cleveland area we stop for food. Great Irish pub with wonderful food. Great vegan options and a delicious Guinness pour. Robert usually is our server with a...good personality and sense of humor. We are traveling back from the east (Massachusetts) and made Twinsburg our hotel destination and finish our trip tomorrow. Unfortunately they are not open on Sunday, but we will stay in the area for lunch tomorrow. The outside is a basic strip mall, but inside it feels like an Irish pub in Ireland. Highly recommend.More
Was only here once. We went in on a Friday night, and while it was busy we were able to sit down immediately. I had the Chicken Paprikash. It was very tasty and a good choice. Service was friendly and excellent, and the atmosphere was...not very loud. I would go back, but I would probably samply some other locations in the area first.More
Stopped in Saturday evening for the annual clambake. Dozen clams. hallf a chicken, sweet potato and corn on the cob. What's not to like? Great selection of draft beers on tap. Food was great as well as the service.
We arrived in Twinsburg at dinner time after a long day of travel. We were meeting up with family and wanted a comfortable place to relax and have a first night visit. Our sister-in-law recommended Mavis Winkles and it was an excellent choice. The menu...is varied, the atmosphere comfortable and it provides a great gathering place for friends and family. From a salad topped with salmon, to pot roast, and fish and chips there was plenty of variety for all. The food exceeded my expectations and the service was friendly and efficient. And as you would expect from a good pub, there were plenty of beers on tap to choose from. Mavis Winkles would be easy to miss without a recommendation but it is worth seeking out.More
Always a great place to meet friends. Had the corned beef sandwich which is always delicious. Great service.
