If you are thinking about eating here for the first time or are from out of town, sadly you've missed out on many years of good food. The food quality is more disappointing with each visit over the past 3 years. We will not eat...here again. The salad was basic, not fresh, but not terrible. The lasagna was bloated and absorbed the very little sauce that had been between layers. Very little if any cheese in the layers or on top. The flavor was weak, nothing special. I went home and added some jar sauce to give it a little life. The grilled chicken fettuccini alfredo was better than the lasagna, but not good. This entre is $15. The chicken was actually pretty good but was a very small amount for $15. The pasta was stuck together and the sauce was bland/chalky. Again, I've had way better sauce from Prego. Even their signature bread was not as good as normal. Spaghetti Warehouse used to serve a beautiful lasagna flowing with sauce, cheeses, and all the stuff you love. The chicken fettuccini used to be a plate of perfect pasta and creamy sauce with fresh broccoli florets and mushrooms and plenty of tender grilled chicken. The prices have gone up, but the quality of food has gone way down. Money would be better spent on frozen pasta or a fast food Italian option.More

This place has all the ambience , so they should also have great Italian food at a decent price. Although the help was very polite and professional. The 15 layer lasagna was not 15 layers. It was 10. It should have been Braised with mozzarella...on top and then served... Instead of sauce on top. You should always serve the sauce on the side. Everybody wants a Cheesy lasagna. My Plate happened to be the chicken alfredo. The Alfredo sauce needed Salt and lots of it. The chicken was dry grilled and placed on top. Which is okay... But it was dry. After loading the Alfredo and linguine down with salt it was okay. This tells me that they don't put enough parmesan in their alfredo sauce. The garlic bread was like Texas toast with cheddar cheese and mozzarella on top. The bread that they serve as an appetizer... Was sourdough and although the flavor was very good. The crust and the insides were doughy. they should bake them golden brown before they serve them. The garlic butter was awesome!More

From the spilled food outside the front entrance, to the disgusting. men's room, this restaurant has gone downhill in a major way. We had twenty people assembled in a special area for a family celebration, and it was disappointing in every way. Our server, working...without help, was unable to keep up with the workload, not entirely her fault, in my opinion. they had us ordering from a limited menu, and the food was mediocre at best. I've eatern her many times over the last 35 years, and it was NOT up to their normal standards. Then our server spilled two drinks on our table, and we had to clean up most of it by ourselves, because she disappeared to go find help. I fear this establishment is in danger of closing its doors....and worse yet...it may be that the time has comeMore

The atmosphere was ok, the tables are packed in pretty tight, not a place you want to go for a quiet dinner. The wait wasn't bad for a Saturday evening about a 30 minute wait, but the kitchen was extremely slow, taking nearly 40 minutes...to get our food out. The food was ok, but not the greatest, certainly didn't measure up to the hype, and I wouldn't say it was worth the wait. We had a couple issue with the order not being correct once it did come out. The menu served at this location does not match the online menu, so don't rely on that menu for planning meal selections ahead of time, especially on the gluten free menu.More

We usually go to dinner here before we go to the mud hens or walleye games. The bread and butter are delicious. I'm a basic spaghetti girl and it is my favorite food so I always love their food. My husband got the pepperoni spaghetti...last time and he liked that!More

This is a restaurant that we used to love. This is my previous review: "We came here for the lasagna with alfredo sauce which is always outstanding, a generous portion at a reasonable price. It is better to come during the week as it is...much easier to park and get a table. If you do go on the weekend be aware that there is a secondary parking lot around the corner from the restaurant. It really does not matter what you order is everything is good and the prices are very reasonable. The interior is fun, especially if you want to sit inside the bus. Great for families and people of all ages. If you are in the area stop by." This is NOT the restaurant it used to be. We went for a special family dinner with out of town guests. This was a big mistake. The food was marginal at best and inedible at worst. While the appetizers were ok the entrees left much to be desired. We were a party of 8 with two small children and a teenager amongst the group. The service was terribly slow. It took over half an hour to be seated. It took almost as long to get our drinks and appetizers. The entrees arrived at glacial speed and it was obvious they had been reheated, unfortunately they were room temperature at best. The shrimp in the shrimp alfredo was rubbery and tasteless. The lasagna was only lukewarm. The chicken nuggets for the 4 year old arrived almost 15 minutes after everyone else had their food. The waitress explanation was "Oh sorry, my bad." I had to go hunt down the waitress for drink refills. When I finally spoke to the manager he said yes he was sorry but they were understaffed and had been busy, Really? How about staffing up and not making excuses. I was embarrassed to have taken our family here. I will NOT make that mistake again. Unless there is some sort of miraculous transformation or maybe new management I will avoid this place. That is too bad because it used to be a family favorite, now it shall be avoided like the plague for the gastric distress it caused.More

We went here before a Mud hens game looking for something new . Let me start with our waiter and sadly I don't remember his name. He was excellent the best I have experienced in a long time. He was an older man , thin..., looked like he had worked there for years . He met all our needs was sorry when he felt things took to long and really cared about our experience. The food was really good I had the brisket with pasta in Alfredo very tender. My wife the baked Ziti it had good sauce and was flavorful. My friend a meatball sub very good and his wife a burger with pepperoni and spice. It was a really good experience with good drinks and good food . I would come back and the fact its just down the block from the stadium makes it even better.More

In the Warehouse District of Toledo has ample free parking across the street. Very unique decor, including a Streetcar. The food was delicious and the service was great. Price was about twenty per person without drinks. Worth the trip to Toledo.

We celebrated a high school graduation and had a wonderful time. The Chicken Parmesan was crispy and toasty served with lasagna and a hit too, the beef brisket and noodles. The kitchen really hit it out of the park! All were please with their entrees....Service for twenty was provided by Tashia who was naturally personable and incredibly eager to please her guest. She even got our little one some watered down strawberry lemonade for her sippy cup. Thank you, Tashia!More

yes we did this for 25 for confirmation. BUT ask them to have 2 servers, as service was extremely slow. They have a private room too which we used for free - it accommodated 25 easily.
