Stopped with a friend for lunch who loves this place, now I see why. Had delicious vege grape leaves, hummus and fatoosh. Will be returning to try more of the menu. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
called to see if is busy and got hung up on then later got a call from a girl who called me names from private number and I can recognize it was who picked up the first time. So when called back all they do...is hang up so unprofessional and rude. Also employee do not wash their hands I saw it with my eyes. Safe yourself time and don’t get sick from this place.More
I don’t review restaurants often, but everyone needs to know what a wonderfully delicious place this is! I have now been here twice for lunch and once for dinner. Every time I walk away very impressed with the quality of freshness, presentation and above all,...delicious flavors. Their baba ghanoush is perfect! I have tried different entries each time and have always loved everything. Tonight I had chicken galabba and it also exceeded expectations. Mmmm mmmm good! Don’t let the fact that it is in an old Wendy’s building affect your decision to try it.More
6 Stars! Another recommendation for Ya Halla! Inconceivable that it could get any better... but last time it WAS even better than the masterfully prepared delicacies last time. Evan said, "This is the best restaurant I ever ate at." A rare compliment from this critic,...who's eaten at the best restaurants all over the US, Canada, and elsewhere. I can't even find words precise enough to outdo what I've already said about it... Just get over there you Toledo folks, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. We were so honored and humbled to have enjoyed a personal visit at our table from the Master Chef, too. Fast friendly service via staff and family... just get over there!More
Good food and very good service was great will definitely go back.I had the half gyro dinner Greek salad and french fries husband had sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions chicken noodle soup and waffle fries.prices are very and you get a lot of food
Homemade Lebanese cuisine excellently seasoned and prepared. Best fattoush and baba ganoush I've had in Toledo, which is saying something! Add to that the excellent service and spotlessly clean restaurant, and you can't go wrong! And yum--rose water flavoring in the rice pudding...how authentic!
Was in the mood for some spinach pies and this was a great place for those; although I prefer the ones made with filo dough. Tried grape leaves for the first time, they were okay. The beef and lamb gyros, and chicken shawurma are also...very good. Didn't get a chance to sample the baklava but will definitely return again to see what else is worth the visit. A nice place for those who enjoy Lebanese/Mediterranean Cuisine.More
My first time here and I'm so glad I came. Malak was our server and she was awesome. So helpful and accommodating. The place was really clean and nicely decorated on the inside. We started with the Kibbee Nayih. Wow! This was some of the...best raw Kibbe I've ever had. (Hint, try it with the garlic sauce) I also had the Spinach Pies with a side of Hummus and Rice. The Hummus was great and the rice had a wonderful spice flavor! My wife had the Gyro with a side of Baba Ghanoush and Greek Salad. The Gyro meat was extremely tender, flavorful, and juicy. The Baba Ghanoush was extra smoky and wonderful. The salad was top notch. All the portions were very big (even the small portions) and we took plenty home for the next day. We ended our meal with the Rice Pudding with rose water (yum) and Baklava (also yum). We really can't say enough about this place. We will definitely be back soon because there is so much to try. Please give this place a try if you are wanting some of the very best Mediterranean food Toledo has to offer. Being a family owned and run business they make sure you are treated like family. Thanks guys, see you allagain soon!!More
We started with the stuffed grape leaves.....wow. They were tender and nicely seasoned. Main course was beef with onions and mushrooms, and we also had a pepper-infused dish with beef. It was all delicious. Don't let the exterior of this place fool you---yes it is...in a former Wendy's---but the food here is spectacular.More
