They have a wide and fresh selection of sushi for all adventure levels and tastes. Their udon is also delicious. Last time I got their Benito box, which was a nice surprise of appetizers and sushi, plus shrimp and veggie tempura. If you like green tea, order it, it is complimentary.

Went here for dinner with my mom and we really enjoyed their sushi. We started off with bowls of their Miso soup and their house salad (their house dressing is not the typical ginger dressing, I would say that it has more of a lemon flavor than ginger but still very delicious). We had the Spicy California Roll, Blackjack Roll,... More

Had a wonderfully fragrant, rich bowl of broth with udon noodles and a side of crispy shrimp and veggie tempura accompanied by a subtle dipping sauce. This was preceded by a salad with thinly sliced cukes and radishes topped with a piquant dressing with a kiss of ginger. Can't wait to go back for sushi!

We had been here about 6/7 times in last few years. This time I have a bento box cost about $12.00. Not feel right about the portion in this smaller box than the other Japanese restaurant. They was looked so greedy. Are they have a new owner?

Someone else had that quote but it is accurate. Fresh and good. Good service. Been coming here for years and will continue to!

We had a good time there. The service was excellent. For main course, we had Nabeyaki Udon, very flavorful noodle soup with tempura, and Unaju, broiled eel on rice. Both of them very enjoyable. The sushi and sashimi were less satisfactory. Very small pieces, not the best quality, and too expensive. We had to send the seaweed salad back, it... More

Trying out some restaurants in Sylvania area. Stopped in on Monday. Many seats open. Chose the Sushi Moriawase dinner which is a 7 piece sushi dinner with tuna roll. Came with miso soup and ginger dressing salad for $20.95. Seven pieces included salmon, shrimp, Spanish mackerel, tuna, etc. Fish was great and fresh. Soup and salad was average at best... More

We always enjoy the food and the service at Koto Buki. Great sushi, vegetarian dishes, seafood, chicken, pork; no matter your taste or preference you will likely find a couple of favorites on the menu.

We have been a fan of Toledo's flagship sushi restaurant for many years. Dennis is the perfect host. Fresh and artfully prepared. Plus fair prices.

I love going here, the service is always on point and we've gotten to be on a first name basis with the owner. I love that he recognizes us and greets like he is truly glad we came back. We love the vegetable sushi and everyone that we bring with us loves the sushi. We've never had a bad dish... More
