This was my first visit and it was truly an awesome experience. The renovations that flipped this staple into a restaurant are amazing. The server even offered a tour since it served as an underground rail road service. The food was out of this world...More

Came to Don's Pomeroy for the first time for my birthday, I always heard great things about the restaurant, but I've never been! I have to say I was very impressed. They had a great wine selection and I ordered the special that day, a...More

We usually go for lunch in the pub. The basement/pub is very quaint, no wifi service available. Food is always yummy. Reasonable prices. Visit Nicky at the bar.

Restaurant is in a restored old mansion, large and small rooms for dining. Wonderful food choices, top quality and prepared as you like. Their broiled scallops are excellent, salads are wonderful and not your everyday offering of lettuce and tomatoes. Service is wonderful, friendly and...More

A restaurant I once brought my Homecoming date to in high school. It hasn't changed over the years as it still has outstanding seafood and rich and luxurious atmosphere. Lots of dark walnut and white tablecloths. Never been disappointed and still to this day remains...More

The décor is beautiful and provides a relaxed, elegant setting without being stuffy or pretentious. If you're looking for a special-occasion restaurant,...More

Went for patio and pub menu. Very crowded. 30 minute wait for patio, and had drinks at bar. Good prices on drinks. Food ok, nothing special. Service very good. Very nice patio, relaxing decent food. Have not eaten in main dining room--different menu.

I don't know when it became part of the Don's chain but it was already Pomeroy House named after an important person in Strongsville, OH. There is a lot of history in this house. I believe it was part of the Underground... More

Yes- has been there for many years in Strongsville. Also a Don's Lighthouse in Cleveland. I think they could readily accommodate you for a Rehearsal Dinner. Have given and attended several functions there.
