Trip advisor never fails me. This Mexican restaurant was excellent. You know it's a good restaurant when the parking lot is full as well as the dining room, especially on a Sunday night. Our server was attentive and our meals were delivered hot. Their fresh homemade chips and salsa were fantastic. We came to Sandusky to go to Cedar Point... More

Found this as we wanted Mexican and looked on tripadvisor. Glad we came. Just a small place by the econo lodge, but we were pleased. Sat promptly and looked at the huge menu. We got a variety of things, and everyone was more than pleased. Fajita nachos, burrito, chimichanga, tostada, taco, big burrito are some of the things I know... More

Casa Real is a great place for dinner with family to get together eat and talk a bit. We were a party of 7 with small children and were greeted and sat immediately. The adults shared a pitcher of frozen Lime margarita which was a bit on the string side for most of us, but had great flavor. Most ordered... More

My father and I stopped here for an early lunch at 11 am on a Monday. There were only 2 tables, but there seemed to be a lot of waitstaff. I ordered the chile verde, but the chile in red sauce (Colorado) arrived. I decided to just eat it. It was picante like I asked. Full of flavor and the... More

A quaint and charming restaurant and the food was delish! In a neighboring town for work, we read the reviews and our expectations were exceeded. The service was excellent and we barely ordered and our food arrived. And it was great. The margaritas were. But watered down, but hey, we went for the food. Don't miss this one if you're... More

Had a nice, family dinner here on a Sunday night. Food was truly authentic and fresh. Hot sauce was off the charts hot!

My family visited Casa Real last week after having spent a LONG day at Cedar Point. We were hungry, and we were thirsty. We wanted something fast, and a location close to our hotel (La Quinta). And this seemed like as good a place as any... And, let me tell you, it was better than most. Three of us (all... More

Very fast service. Awesome food! I had the ground beef enchiladas with red sauce and queso. The salsa & chips are really good too! Clean bathrooms as well.

I had written a review back in 2009, and this place is still here. Visit June 23rd after my visit to Cedar Point. I had the Vegetable Fajitas and the total was $10.67. What a deal. The food is still excellent after all these years.
