We had takeout from here last week. Very friendly and personable staff. Most of our food was great—loved the gyro, feta fries, and tabouleh. Chicken kabobs were a bit underwhelming, and we didn’t care for the chicken soup at all. Had baklava and tiramisu for...dessert, which were both great. We have had this place catered for work lunches many times. Great fresh food and authentic. We are all addicted to the fries topped with feta cheese and Mediterranean sauce.
While our son enjoyed a b-day party we stopped into Greek Star for the first time and enjoyed some lunch. My husband had the Traditional Gyro and I had the Traditional Gyro bowl. We both enjoyed our dishes immensely. I added cucumber to my bowl...The server was attentive and made you feel at home. We bought some baklava to go and I just finished eating a piece. Been going here for years. Decent Mid Eastern food choice for the area. We eat in occasionally, but mostly take out. Service has been variable. Check your order to make sure everything is there when using carry out (they have gotten better). Everyone is friendly....We don't go as often mostly due to raising their prices pretty significantly. But we do enjoy the food.More
We stopped in for lunch and had the grape leaves for an appetizer and the hummus tabouli wrap. They had our food out to us in only a handful of minutes which was very impressive. This place has great food, with a middling atmosphere, and mediocre service. The Spicy Chicken on Rice, Falafel Sandwich, and Gyros are all spectacular greek entrees, and the Eggplant salad is easily the best spread I've had at a greek restaurant.
The staff is super nice and helpful. The food is delicious and authentic. Prices are reasonable. We visit probably once a month. Never disappointed.

I've eaten here many times....this last visit I ordered the chicken kabobs. Unreal!!! I mean you get a total flavor explosion with a unique spice blend. The tables and chairs are basic, but who cares, it's all about the food. A great spot in Pickerington!

We were on our way home and was looking for something to eat and found that this restaurant had some great reviews, so we decided to stop and try it out. Well it was well worth the stop. We ordered a gyro salad (good) and a gyro bowl (even better). The bowl had gyro meat and spicy sauce atop a bed of rice and was indescribably good. If you are not fond of spicy food, order it without the extra spiciness. I wish...we lived close to here -- it would quickly become one of our favorites!More
Always delicious and reasonably-priced Mediterranean food. The salads, gyros, grape leaves, and dips are consistently prepared and delectable. The only downside of this cafe is the decor. While the interior is clean and pleasant, it is not a date night destination.
My wife and I eat at this family owned restaurant weekly! the food and service are excellent! the 1-dollar Coronas during the summer don't hurt! :) For desert try the honey cake!!!
After seeing a movie at the Pickerington movie theater, we stopped about 6:30 for dinner. The restaurant was not busy, was clean, but very basic.
