Very disappointed this time! New owner? We purchased 3 dozen but by the time we were ready to cook the edges of the pirogies were a poop brown and rubbery!

First discovered Perla's at a festival in Berea Oh. Tasted there pierogi and we were sold on it. The best cheese pierogi we have had in ages. We visit there store in Parma Oh every couple weeks. Also tried there stuffed cabbage and fell in...love with it. My favorite is the small ones with sauerkraut. You won't be dis-appointed because everything they sell is so good and the prices are reasonable.More
We always shop here when we travel to the Cleveland area . Some of the best pierogi in the area. Just as good as what grandma used to make. I recommend to call ahead a couple of days to but your order in, so you...won't be disappointed. You won't be disappointed with their products,.very authentic, delicious.More
Lovely, family run establishment. Delicious homemade food. The pierogi are the best I've ever tasted!
How can you go wrong here ? This place may not look like much from the outside but it has some of the best Pierogies I ever had . We got the Cheddar and Bacon and Jalapeno and potato.. they were so good. I also...good the chicken schnitzel and I was amazed by its taste. if you like Pierogies then go here !More
Picked up a couple dozen potato and cheese pierogi and some potato pancakes for a family dinner. Spot was busy but efficient. Totally worth the wait, you'll never eat Mrs T's again!!
Don't let the modest exterior in a small strip mall in Parma fool you -- hands down, these are the best pierogies in Cleveland! Authentic and made by hand, my two favorite flavors are Potato and Cottage Cheese (very old school flavor, and sooo delicious),...and the classic Americanized Potato and Cheddar. Their ground beef pierogies are also quite delicious, and there are still several flavors I have not tried yet. They have the perfect blend of flavorful fillings, tender dough, and the right proportions of each. It is a family-run business, so sometimes you are dealing with the mom, or the sons -- they are all wonderful, kind, dedicated people. I feel like part of the family after going to them for years. They also can make catering-sized orders of pierogies, fried, smothered in butter and onions, and packed in large aluminum containers that can be conveniently warmed up in an oven before serving. Try these for your next family gathering, everyone will go crazy and ask where you got them. I have tried several of their pastries and other pre-made deli foods (stuffed cabbage, cabbage and noodles, fried schnitzel), which are all delicious and homemade, but the pierogies are definitely the stars of the show. I always buy a few dozen when I go there, and keep some in the freezer. Their store is more for takeout food than dining in, but there are a couple of tables for a quick lunch. If Parma is far for you, believe me, it is definitely worth the drive for these fantastic pierogies!More
We stopped to get some real polish food and we were not disappointed. The pirogies were great! They exceeded our expectations. We also had the stuff cabbage and they our months watering for more. It is worth the stop!
Best pierogies and pastries. Staff was very nice, patient, and hard working. I have purchased much food from them and everything was great! Cooks just the way mom did!
If you are looking for GREAT Pierogies look no further. They have 12 different homemade pierogies. They also have homemade stuffed cabbage, cabbage & noodles, pork or chicken schnitzel. Their desserts are to die for, lady locks, strudels, cannoli, and their savarine with home made...whipped cream is fantastic. This is a carry out store. If you love this type of food you will not be disappointed.More
Whenever I'm craving pierogies I get them here. In a city that is famous for its pierogies, all the other one's I've tried from various places are not as good as Perla's. They make them fresh in the back, more than half the time I...buy them they're still warm from just being boiled. SO good. They also have good sausage that you can make to go with it for a full comfort food meal.More
Unfortunately, we came to town for a funeral. Wanted to get pierogies like grandma use to make - these are pretty darn close. Heard great things about Perla's but realized they are a take out place which is tough when staying in a hotel. The...guys are Perla's were the best. For $2, they cooked the pierogies and kielbasa and we ate there. Even gave us free drinks! Food was great, service was amazing. Thanks Perla's for helping make a sad occasion much better. We will be ordering food shipped to us in CA.More
I have to say that their pierogies are one of the best I have ever had. I had 2 large family parties last year and put my order in with Perla's. The staff is very friendly and my order is always ready when I get...there. Everyone was blown away at how great these were! We are 100% Polish so we know a good pierogi. I will not go anywhere else after eating these. Looking forward to my pick-up for Easter.More
Needed a few dozen pierogi for our family's ethnic Christmas Eve dinner. So glad I found this gem of a place! Very friendly counter staff and the variety was good. Best of all the pierogies tasted just like the ones our grandma use to make!...Also got some delicious vegetarian stuff cabbage! Remember to preorder at holiday time to ensure filling choices are available. Prices were reasonable.Mostly a take out place but they did have a few tables.More
