Being a regular customer, Kumo never disappoints me. And the menu has minor change from time to time, which keeps it interesting. Sushi is good, raw oysters are better. Highly recommend the salty duck (normally by the shrimp and mussels.)
This buffet has been very consistent each and everytime I have visited. On Sundays they have all day dinner. The selection if very large and feature a lot of authentic dishes. Some people have complained that this buffet doesn't have enough American options.... It's an...Asian buffet if you want pizza and Mac and cheese go to an American buffet...
Definitely recommended. Worth the visit. Fresh and large sushi options. 3 to 4 full buffets of hot foods, salad bar, hibachi grill options. Lots of desserts and fruits.More
We brought our old friends from PA for dinner during a weekend at Kumo. We had been there many times before. My friends were impressed by the quality and variety of the food there. I paid for the whole group at the end. I didn't...calculate carefully before adding 15% of the total price in the tip place and signed the credit card receipt. When I got home, I checked the price again and found there was an error. I called the restaurant and asked about it. They told me that they had included a mandatory 15% tip to the final price. But why left the tip place empty to lure the customer to add another 15% tip? At least they were kind enough to refund me the overpayment of 15%. But what if I didn't check and call back?More
Huge selection of Asian food.
Massive sushi section
Desert section was minimal
Cakes mostly dry and not very tasty but the red velvet was good
I'm not a fan of buffets especially that have zero American food
No mashed potatoes
No mac and cheese
Went for a birthday celebration but I wouldn't go there otherwise.

it is easier to achieve peace in the middle east than to get 20 people to agree on a place to eat. let alone find somewhere they all like and want to come back to again. Well, we found a place like that at Kumo....The people of Parma must really like japanese and Chinese food because there is another one literallly right across the road. (Kumo is on south side of Snow by Giant Eagle, Fuji is on north side). We almost went there, but Kumo was a little cheaper. Kumo has 40 kinds of sushi and sushimi, plus a sushi chef who wiill make your own roll if you want. There is also a hibachi chef and about 100 buffet items. General Tso and his regular lineup are all there, plus a few new recruits including chicken feet, tiger fish, pig ears, and pig hooves. I wasn't quite that adventurous but everything I had was authentic and good.More
Well cooked dishes, lots of choices, tasty, from a Chinese from mainland China and tried different options in Cleveland area. Much better than the one cross street which is less expensive but poor quality, almost salty to a degree to kill me.
