Brick serves its purpose: providing a place for college students to dance, party and drink. Brick is priced pretty reasonably and although it's absolutely filthy, if you're looking for a bar that's more like a dance club, this is your place.

Typical, shoes-stuck-to-the-floor college bar. I wouldn't eat there. Good college crowd on the weekends. You won't see many parents there, except for parents weekend. Sort of scuzzy.

Well this is one of those places you've got to go in with a very open mind. It is full of drunk college students who'd don't give a crap that your somebody's parent, just not there's. Drinks are fairly priced if you can get 1 from the bar, the poor bartenders can only do so much. The place is filthy... More

I was at Brick Street early in October to see Brett Eldredge play the first show of his Bring You Back tour. The show was phenomenal. I haven't been in many bars like this one, so I can't say how it compares, but I wasn't appalled by it. I'd read reviews before going in order to figure out parking, and... More

Good drink prices, big fan of the water tower and trash can drinks, the "crowd control" personnel harassed out of town guests was the only thing that detracted from my experience here.

The food here is very good- but they've changed the menu and once again- there is just not a lot to choose from. What is there is good- but we loved the Loaded Fries and the Napalm wings!

We were going to go in here to eat and possibly stay for drinks, but we couldn't get past the odor when we walked in the door. We walked in but no one came to wait on us or ask us what we'd like. We decided to leave, but we stopped at the restroom on the way out. All the... More

This is a large space that lacks intimacy. It is used for concerts, and is known to bring some big names to Oxford. I went there to catch up with a friend on an overnight visit to Miami U. The smaller pub across the street closed at 10, so Brick Street it was. The tap options are very limited. Staff... More

This is a college bar that happens to serve food. So at lunch time, in the summer there was not a lot to be impressed by. The food was, edible, and the service was, well, we eventually got the food. The price was too high for the quality of the food.

Some reviewers need to mind their surroundings. This is a sports bar in a college town. The food is perfect for this atmosphere. I highly recommend their burgers! I had great service and their drinks are cheap. The owner came around a few times to check to see how we were doing which I have only witnessed maybe two other... More
