The menu is quite large with lots of choices but you should just have the buffet. The day of our there was fried chicken, ham balls, pot roast, and REAL mashed potatoes along with so much more. Every time we are in the area we eat at Mrs. Yoder's in Mt. Hope. We usually choose the buffet/salad bar and this time was wonderful as usual. Price is great for all of the food choices on the buffet. Tables are spread a part...with plastic dividers due to COVID-19. If you don't want the buffet, a menu is available for numerous other food choices.More

Very few homemade food places anymore in Amish Country, but this is one!! From the peanut butter spread on the table, to the fresh iced tea, to the family style foods, including the fresh salad bar, everything was top shelf. Didn’t have any room for...homemade pie but wish we had! Will be a destination in the future!More

We stopped here at the recommendation of a local. We noticed that employees were not wearing masks. After reading a couple of posted signs, it was evident that this restaurant did not support mask-wearing. If you aren't willing to follow protocols to decrease our risk...of getting Covid, we'll take our business elsewhere. And, that's what we did.More

Mrs Yoders food is delicious! The charbroiled chicken is very tasty and so is the blackberry pie. I highly recommend eating there.

We went in to Mrs. Yoder's Kitchen today; 3/4 of the staff aren't wearing masks, and probably 1/2 of their customers don't have masks. The majority of the people serving food behind the buffet aren't wearing masks OR gloves. My brother lives in the area,...and died of Covid-19 two days ago; Mrs. Yoder's Kitchen apparently doesn't care about the health of the customers OR the staff! We couldn't eat our meal; servers without masks kept coming to our table to ask if we wanted more lemonade; we kept telling them to stay away from us because they didn't have masks on; they didn't, so we left our food sit and left the restaurant.More

My husband and I came down to the Berlin Ohio area for our 45th wedding anniversary. Having done most of the restaurants on the main drag through Berlin we were looking for a different location and came across Mrs Yoder's kitchen in Mount Hope. The...chicken is superb, the fish was superb, their blueberry vinaigrette was excellent. The variations of the food were not the same old same old that we seemed to run into previously. Our server, Arlene, was most attentive and personable. Highly recommend this location.More
