If you visit Lebanon you have to take the kids here. moderately priced foods, restaurant is a blast from the past 1950's style, just old fashioned type service and food. great service. If your looking for elegant or fancy not here. but a wonderful place for families, friends etc.

Sweet ice cream parlor that is a real gem. It's a staple in this community and has lots of history. Ice cream is delicious and prices are reasonable.

The Village Ice Cream Parlor is quaint and the food is delicious. Try the Pimento cheese sandwich, toasted. It is fantastic. The milkshakes are delicious and the different sundaes are all good. The parlor has been featured in a few movies, most recently Milk Money, which is fun for out of town visitors - a touch of Hollywood in small... More

I had the chicken salad and it was very fresh. The portion size was average and it came with chips. The atmosphere was like a soda fountain and was very noisy when I was there. I would go back and try the dessert next time.

Not as good as it was before it changed hands bc service is less personal and some favorite dishes were dropped, but it is good and we will return. Much more ambiance than an ice cream/yogurt chain. A Lebanon icon!

Such a pleasant surprise. We had lunch here after our train ride. The hamburgers are good and the milk shake had to be eaten with a spoon. Too thick for a straw.

Kids both had Hot Dogs, a side and Milk. I had a bowl of the split pea soup with ham. Pretty good. I also had a side salad. Pretty bad, seemed to be all dried out, dark greens, maybe Romaine tops? Grandma had a burger and fries. Downfall was 3 single dip Ice Cream cones and a Chocolate Malt. With... More

Great atmosphere at this historical parlor in the heart of downtown Lebanon. Good burgers or grilled chicken, salads, and great ice cream treats: cones, shakes, banana splits, or floats.
