Service was good. Food was average (had baked chicken special). Coffee was bad. Trump paraphernalia was offensive.

We are traveling across the country in our motorhome and we don't always know where we're going to find a good meal or a parking lot that we can fit our motorhome into. This was a great restaurant with good service despite staff shortages. My...husband had what he said was the best liver and onions he'd had in a very long time. I hate it so he only gets to have it when we eat out. I had a very tasty burger. I ordered medium rare and for once on this trip, I got it cooked that way. This is on our list of fabulous finds.More
My wife wanted to take me out for my Birthday, any where I wanted. I asked her to take me to Jackie's . Great food, good service, super prices. I wanted their liver & onions with home fries. BEST around by far!!!
While visiting with friends who lived nearby, they took me here for dinner. It is a diner with typical diner fare. The prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent. The food was very good. There were many options to choose from, including the desserts....The inside of the dining area was very clean. Our server did an excellent job making sure everything was to our liking.More
This is a small place right by 1-77 just north of Cambridge Ohio. Nothing fancy, no bells and whistles. Just good comfort food!!! It has most of the good comfort foods, sandwiches, etc. I ordered the hot Turkey Sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. FULL...COMFORT FOOD!!! Just what I needed. I also had the Broccoli Cheddar soup which was hot and thick. Very enjoyable!!! My 3 other family members enjoyed their dinners also. This is a simple place...but those are the places that serve the best comfort food. I recommend people should give this a try. Very Reasonable prices.More
Clean restaurant with prompt service, food was good and reasonably priced. Staff all were attentive and team players! I’ll be back!
As a veteran/fireman this is something all people should read. Place is God awful. Disliked their "taco salad" which has no meat on it only beans which is why it should be a "bean salad." After asking the waitress for something different about 5-8 minutes...later the owner came out to start a confrontation. He asked me why I didn't like the salad and I said because there is no meat in this salad, Sir it should be called a bean salad. Being an honest customer like anyone should be his EGO was hurt and this is where it started. He first off calls me a "RETARD" AND HE TRIED FIGHTING ME. Read that again reviewers... He insulted me in front of my family which of course is where the line is drawn. IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF-RESPECT PASS THIS PLACE UP. Who calls a customer a retard? In all my years it blew my mind. Take the few extra miles and you will NOT be disappointed to go else where.More
Stopped in while traveling cause home cooked food sounded good. Shame on me to think a small town restaurant serves home cooked food. As you can see from the picture, the roast beef looked as if it came from an Arby's sandwich. The mashed potatoes...were from a box. This was awful food. Please don't stop when driving on I77 through the Cambridge area in Ohio.More
Stopped in the middle of the afternoon. Totally renovated after a fire. Don't be fooled by the outside this is a nice place. Generous portions served with a smile. Reasonable prices too.
They were very friendly and accommodated our group of 16 at one time and we mostly got our food all at once. The food was tasty, diner food. Nothing spectacular but good and filling.
Very good service...clean restaurant...friendly staff. Homemade French fries were great! Menu says 'not a fast food restaurant'....Very good food...bbq wings and ground round platter were good and food was served hot and cooked to order.
Ate here a month ago. It's an old L&K restaurant, still has the old decor. Typical comfort food. Good coffee and pies. Unfortunately it is now closed.
Stopped while on the road traveling from NC due to recommendations from local folks. Prices were good and service was also. Drinks come in cans but I did not mind much, though a good fountain drink is better. Will stop again when traveling this way
For some reason the restaurant at the Salt Fork Lodge doesn't open until 8pm. This was the closest alternative and it was a better/less expensive breakfast than the lodge anyway. Super friendly people. Great breakfast especially for the price.
