The best frozen Brandy Alexander I've had. Made with rich vanilla ice cream. Decent bar food, fun and friendly staff and very good fried lake perch.

The Village Pump is a hotspot with a great location on Kelley's island - overlooking the water & mainland. This place has character too and history. The server was very nice. The food was good and the servings were plentiful. The meatloaf was unique.

My husband and I spent a day running around the island and stopped here at "The Pump" for dinner one night. It came highly recommended by a woman we met on the ferry, and we decided to give it a try. The food was nice and hot (we got the Cheese Sticks, a Burger, and a Philly Sandwich). The best... More

We all assumed that this would be a bit of a tourist-trap and unlikely to be highly enjoyable beyond the novelty factor. Well we we wrong. The food is very good (for a pub/bar/tavern establishment) and the service is both friendly and efficient. We had such a nice time at lunch we even returned for late afternoon drinks rather than... This is a really friendly place to eat and drink and staff are welcoming to strangers. We ate here twice and on both times the food was tasty, well presented and there was plenty of it. Highly recommended for holiday eating.

This restaurant is good for all ages and groups. Some of the seating has a view of the street in an I closed patio. It is not open to the outside. It offers a large bar with a good selection of draft beer and bottled beer. The Brandy Alexander's are very good, as advertised. We were there for their lobster... More

Had the perch tacos and the wife had some sort of salad and added chicken. Perch tacos were large--two tacos with two pieces of perch each. Could only fit one in each, and enjoyed the other two pieces by themselves. Fresh fish, tomatoes, and lettuce. Simple and good and plenty filling for a big guy. Wife's alas was huge and... More

Stopped here for an early dinner, but a soccer tream was imbibing after a game complete with lots of f-bombs. Felt sorry for the parents with kids. , They also had live music, as do many of the island hangouts, which added to the effort to have any sort of conversation. Food, especially appetizers were enormous, well beyond even a... More

Stopped for dinner and drinks. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. The perch was outstanding! Don't forget to try the Brandy Alexander after your meal!
